Mighty Slots and Lucky Spins

9 replies • Last post

I have been waiting over a year for mighty slots to pay. They keep telling me they are waiting for confirmation from they processor. Lies, lies lies.

Same thing with Lucky Spins. Waiting over a month on two withdrawals. They are lying too.
Cannot even reach them by phone.
Wait and wait to chat and nothing.
NEVER answer emails. What can I do?🤷

Sorry but you may as well forget about Mighty Slots. They are what we call a rogue casino. They are criminals that don't pay winners and it is quite deliberate. They are on our blacklist under the "Curgam Malta Group":
http://www.casinolistings.com/casinos/rogue-warnings-blacklist

They are set up using shelf companies in jurisdictions that don't care one bit about player issues or responsible operation. There is really no way that you can force them to pay up unless you are willing to go to Costa Rica or Curacao, then try to dig up information on who the real owners are and pursue them wherever they live. We did have someone post some info about them here a while back:

As for Lucky Spins, we have already had a few people complain about delayed payments. We tried to get in contact with them and they never answered our emails. I have not seen anyone report getting paid, so I'm inclined to place them in the same basket as Mighty Slots. More info here:

Oh, you chose wrong casinos.
I hope that your deposits are not big.

Stick to good casinos, reading the regular reviews of CL-Ed.

In regards to Mighty Slots they owe me $2,000 dollars and they keep telling me its still in the accounting department. That was December 4, 2015 and based upon what I just read from others. This Rogue Casino should be STOPPED from Gaming period. We need International Support and contact with Government Official of the Countries involve to Help our Cause. Shall we begin this tedious journey to put the Curam Group out of Business.

I wish there was a way to stop them. They have lied to me since 2014. They owe be for two withdrawals. Same reply we are waiting on accounting. We are waiting on management. My response is there is NO management and there is NO accounting. Wait for this long?🤷 They are not paying. I confronted them about no one is being paid here and they said that is not true. I was told that this Oliver guy who runs this place, lives in a BIG fancy home and cars, etc. He DOES not answer emails. I tried contacting the government about these kind of places ripping people off and taking money but I got no where. They are stealing and lying. How are they able to get away with this?🤷

If it is "Oliver Curran" you are referring to, that is not his real name. Another criminal called Warren Cloud that used to run a rogue group of casinos over a decade ago used the same name. Thankfully he died of a heart attack in his mid 30s, but it seems that the name lives on.

Someone posted here a while ago that Eli Oshorov is the guy's real name and this is his linkedin profile.

When that was posted on our site last time, someone claiming to be "Oliver Curran" soon after emailed us and asked that we remove the information from our site and said that it was out of date and "under new management" etc. That sort of BS a sure sign that it is correct.

This is what you get when governments try the prohibitionist approach. The U.S. government keeps its head in the sand re online gambling and its own people get ripped off due to the lack of accountability with criminals running fraudulent casinos from unregulated jurisdictions. They get away with it because there is no regulator, no checks on the owner's character or criminal history, and no-one who cares enough to enforce the laws in the tinpot countries that they set the casinos up in.

I call these pieces of garbage every day. They tell me they are waiting on accounting. There is not accounting. I want the manager and he is NEVER available. I say he is on vacation or there is no manager. These people are crooks bottom line. I asked them how they can sit there and lie and get paid to lie. They say nothing. What a joke. Someone should shut them down.

I'm sorry folks, these crooks are running an organised scam masquerading as a casino. They won't pay you unless they think that they will be able to get more out of you in the future.

If you have made any deposits within the past few months using your credit card, you can still file a chargeback with your credit card company to get your money back. You'll have more chance of success with that than trying to get blood from this particular stone.
