SlotsPlus Casino. Please Help.

8 replies • Last post

I have waited ALMOST A MONTH for my payout and have received no information about its progress. I requested a $5000 payout on 8/23/15; I was then asked to verify some information, which I quickly gathered and submitted in a timely fashion. Since submitting all of this information around 3 and a half weeks ago, I have received absolutely no word on the progress of my payout. Additionally, I am unable to find a number to call Slots Plus Casino, and their online chat system is currently unavailable (even though it states that they are "online" and it is during their normal business hours). Finally, my withdrawal looks to be split up into $500 and $1000 increments - this will undoubtedly slow down the already incredibly slow process it has taken to process my withdrawal. As a first time Slots Plus customer, I am shocked that it has taken such a great deal of time and energy to obtain my winnings - my withdrawal has not even been approved yet, it is only marked as "requested". If my payout cannot be processed in a timely fashion, I cannot see myself continuing to use this casino.

That is really a lot slower than they normally pay out withdrawals, even to U.S. based customers. I'll send you a private message - please respond to that with the requested info and I will contact them on your behalf and see if we can get an explanation.

Hmmm...

I smoothly got a small withdrawal from its affiliate Vegas Casino Online, actually today. As I think, one Finance Department do the job for all affiliates. So, I just thought that it is good and safe enough to play.

But, your problem makes me confused.

I Finally Recieved my First Payout last Week(Thank Goodnes). Its just a shame I really loved the Casino etc but the Wait time to recieve a Withdrawl is/can be a Dealbreaker, Especially for a first time customer. At any rate they DO Pay...Just expect it to take about a month.

Thanks Stomps. I don't know what it is with those guys - known as the Mainstreet Vegas Group. They have been around for over a decade and they always pay up but it seems that every now and then they have delays, mainly for U.S. based customers. Which would explain why coolsongss received his withdrawal so quick while you had to wait.

Hi, Stopms,

It is good to hear that your wins is on the way.

Could you share how many installments the withdrawal is split in, and how much in each installment ?
And via which withdrawal method you are to be received ?
And did you pay the deposit by Credit Card ?

Hi there, CL-Ed,

Yeah, the withdrawal within 2~3 working days still feels quite fast enough.
But, after experiencing the very speedy withdrawals like Unibet and VideoSlots within 6 hours, Betfair within 12 hours, etc., I more like to keep going for those fast withdrawals, you know Smile

And I think like the withdrawal might be processed faster without any bonuses Smile

I agree. These days I start getting impatient if a withdrawal takes longer than a day or two (I give them an extra day to verify id on the first withdrawal).
