Help with withdrawal at Jackpot Grand

Hi everyone!

I have found your site and love it! I have a pending withdrawal at Jackpot Grand. Unfortunately I was unaware of the blacklist of this casino until I found your site. They are giving me the same runaround that I keep reading has happened to others. I am trying to be patient...but I have a pending withdrawal of $3000 and am concerned after reading all of the problems that others have had. They have requested the same documents 4 different times and now I have not heard from them for 5 days and can get no answer to email. Does anyone have any advice as to what I should do next?

Good afternoon I have had a withdrawal pending for the last month or so and I have been getting withdrawal of $100 every 2 weeks and have been promised by the people I speak to on the phone and emails that I will be receiving my withdrawal of now $2600 soon, I have recvd nothing and I have been in touch with Eli and he stated the same thing but no winnings please help it is for Jackpot grand casino which is now non working please email me asap thank you

Hi Sillymom, Jackpot Grand and all related casinos run by the same people have been shut down after their criminal owners were arrested in Israel last week. I doubt that you will ever receive your money.

OUCH!

I was so lucky I came here before ever playing in any online casinos. I knew so little about it all - had no idea what I was doing, so I landed here. Unfortunately, seems there are WAY too many places like this still out there. Very disappointing, but scammers will always be amongst us. 😢

Hey Streete1986, Clara Hans left the company that runs those casinos a couple of months back and Anita is out of job these days too. Last week they were totally shut down after their crim owners were arrested and held in jail awaiting extradition to the United States. Sorry mate but you won't be getting anything from them.

Sorry sillymom, I don't know what else to say apart from what has already been said.

Jackpot Grand and all its related casinos are gone. Its owners have been arrested and are in jail, the staff are all out of a job, and they aren't paying anybody.
