Grand Parker says they will pay, now won't respond

6 replies • Last post

So I started playing at Grand Parker back in January, all was fine although payouts were SUPER slow on my first smallish win of $500 or so. Then I played some more, up and down etc and finally took one of their bonuses. Well, I played down the 32k or so that I needed to and ended up $4500 and started the withdraw process. I received maybe $2500 or over the course of 4 months!!! Then all of a sudden in June my account was "selected" for a "random" security check that would take 60 days wtf?!?!?! Okay, whatever it is, what's another 2 months afterall it's been about 6 total now. Well, I FINALLY get a response from my account manager "Phil" threads below

Phil-Thank you for your email!

Please be advised that your account has been permanently colsed due to security reasons and all your deposits made July 2014 have been refunded back to your credit cards.

If some of the transactions did not return please send us your bank statement for the last 2 months and we’ll forward it to the relevant department for investigation.

Me-(a bit frustrated as this has now reached 8 months at time of email)
Which have been refunded??? I had $2000 balance due to me! Is this your shady ass way of not paying wins?? I couldn't have made a deposit the past 2 months as my account was locked. Please let me know the exact refubd amount to my bank account and why there was a "security issue" this is incredibly frustrating!! If for some reason this refund isn't close to $2000 I will be disputing every charge with you and any of your affiliate sites I may have used, as well as adamantly posting on all gambling review forums

Phil-I’m sorry you feel frustrated about the closure of your account. But the decision was made by higher management and they had their reasons for that. As I can see the total amount refunded is $2,075.00 Moreover, I see that you won with us before and successfully cashed out $2500.00 in winnings. Apparently, the Casino didn’t benefit a penny from closing your account, in fact, quite the opposite. Still the decision was made for the reasons we cannot disclose as this may compromise future security.

Thank you for your time spent with us! I personally was happy to have you as our player and feel sorry it all ended up this way.

Have a nice day!

Me-Phil, When can I expect to see my refund?

Phil-Your deposits should have been credited back to your cards by now. In case you didn’t get the reversed transactions please send us the bank statement for the last 2 months (for the cards you used with us MC #3498; VISA#9893 & #7011) And the relevant department will take care about it.

Me-Here is my bank account info for 9893 & 7011 this is the same account (Checking) but 2 cards that were lost that I no longer use, they are not in service so if you attempted to send the refund it's possible it didn't go through

Also, I've sent you my last 2 statements for 3498 as well, as you can see there has been zero activity on this card what so ever.

Phil-I have forwarded your request and the statements to the relevant department. They will get in touch with you shortly.

Thank you and have a great day!

Me-Phil, when am I going to hear from someone, it's been 2 weeks!

So long story short, nothing more from Phil, so now I'm kind of stuck with what to do. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Thank you, this site is amazing and I've found some great casinos from here!!

Uh oh this sounds remarkably like another case we have been pursuing for a couple of months:
Netad Management / Affactive casinos blacklisted

These two groups of casinos have different operators but have long been suspected to be associated. Hopefully that is not the case but your experience sounds very similar, especially the ridiculously long time they say it will take to verify your account. I have sent you a private message so please get back to me and I'll do some digging.

jdk2323, just a small update to say that I emailed them and I got a response that the issue was being passed on to someone else. I'm still waiting to hear back. I sent them a reminder today.

Reading things like this makes me extra glad to not be living in the US of A. I feel sorry for you folks having to put up with being paid once a month for half a year when you have a decent win. bollocks to that!

After basically being told that they would not do a thing, we have decided to blacklist this casino and all others owned by the same company, Milore Limited. They are:

Grand Parker Casino
Classy Coin Casino
Loco Panda Casino
Onbling Casino

Ki'aha Long
