play2win casino refuse to pay out & no longer answer emails!

7 replies • Last post

So, I opened a play2win account due to a promotion on a cashback website, I deposited the required amount & played through it more than enough times to validate the deposit. Well I was over the moon when my balance was over £750 & decided to do a withdrawal. I thought this was an easy process, boy was I wrong! I had to open a neteller account & deposit funds which takes a while but I did, then I had to add more funds in order to increase the limits on the account. Then I requested the withdrawals on May 5th. I received an e-mail stating that I had to send in documents to verify my identity, I did this as requested & on May 18th my documents were accepted. I then had an e-mail stating I had to go through a security phone call, May 20th this happened & was told my funds would take up to 10 business days to reach my neteller account. I waited patiently & after 10 business days still nothing. I have sent at least 20 emails now most of which do not get answered to support@play2wincasino.com. I have had 1 email back from them saying your request is being treated but nothing since. I went online to the 'support' who told me that I have been sent emails & need to reply to those from the finance dept. I have had no emails & have added every email address that I can find on the site to my 'friends' list so that they do not go to spam. I emailed Faxbacks more recently as I got fed up of getting nowhere, they told me that they would 'ask that they expedite the withdrawals. You will be updated as soon as they have been approved.' Still to date nothing. I have asked numerous depts. to call me on my mobile number which is on my account but no one will. I am reluctant to call play2win as I only have a mobile & am in the UK, calling abroad will cost me a fortune (probably as much as the winnings I'm owed). All I want is what is owed to me. Please help!

Hi juju330, sorry to hear that you are getting the runaround. I'm not going to be of much help unfortunately as we have been through this before with Play2Win and the process was pretty much the worst I have ever experienced when attempting to assist a player getting paid. The person representing them harassed us by email, made threats and accusations against us and generally behaved like a giant dickhead. The players we tried to help were not paid.

You can read the whole depressing thing here:
Play2win casino won't pay out

We have had loads of complaints about them not paying people and we discovered that they were misrepresenting the list of winners on their website too. We added them to our blacklist a while ago along with the other casinos run by the same management, which are Supreme Play Casino and 21 Grand Casino.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing.

Hi there,

My name is Chris and I've been asked by Play2win to add to this thread. I'm sorry we didn't see it until now. I'm not sure what incurred this delay but I'd like to apologize for any inconvenience caused you. I'd also like to let you know that your withdrawal will be sent no later than Tuesday of this week.

Kind Regards,

Chris Garratt

Hi Chris, welcome on forum. I am glad to see that you come with good news.
But i have a question what does mean 'i've been asked by play2win'. Are you aff manager? Regular support agent? Or something?

Hi Belaff,

Thank you for the welcome Smile I work with their support yes, but I don't work with the normal support staff I work by email and help players that need one on one assistance, as well as complaints made on forums that need addressing.

Cheers,

Chris

Hi,

I seem to be having similar issues with this Casino. I fulfilled the wagering requirements and submitted a withdrawal request on 12th July, but it is still a 'pending withdrawal' beyond the prescribed '14 business days.' They have confirmed the receipt of my documents a while back.

I have sent emails that have bounced back (apparently the support addresses need to be '.net' and not .com), and when I have spoken to them on the phone, I have had excuses of broken computers and promises of a call back from someone who didn't even say goodbye and put the phone down! This doesn't fill me with confidence, but I am not at the state of rampage ......... yet Smile

They seem to be reasonable enough when you get in touch with the right people.

Thanks in advance,

Simon H

Waiting to see if the casino rep above is all talk or will actually help juju330 get his money. It sounds like they are making up reasons to not send you the money. I hope that they do and you let us know. Otherwise anyone who reads this thread will not deposit any money with them! The casino is losing out by not treating customers well. Word does get around whether it's good or bad.
