Hi there, can you mention the whole link to the casino, since i was not able to find it myself.
If casino ask documents from you - it is needed, and nothing bad will happen if you send it, this is requirements with which you agree when create account.
So please specify your problem.
And of course welcome on forum!

HI this is the link to the website and the company: betuk.com & ipsalderney.com

This is what they have asked forPlease provide all of the following information so that we can process your withdrawal request:

- a photocopy of your passport or drivers licence
- a photocopy of the front of all cards you have registered and used on your account. Please show the name, last 4 digits and expiry date. If the card is not in your name then we also require written authorisation from the card holder confirming that they are happy for the card to be used.
- a photocopy of your bank statement showing your account number and sort code or a recent utility bill showing your name and address
It just seems like a lot of my personal information to make a withdrawal!

That is a fairly normal request when it comes to online casinos these days. The casinos need this information for a few reasons - firstly to protect themselves against fraud from people opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, and also to ensure that the withdrawal is being paid to the same person that signed up. In addition if they are located in a regulated jurisdiction, they are often required to obtain ID documents as part of KYC (know your customer) and anti money laundering laws.

I have not come across BetUk before. However, they are licensed in Alderney which is a good sign that they are a responsible operator. I would not be concerned. However there are a few things you can do to maximise the safety of your private information:

1. Use a photo or scan of your driver's license, not your passport. As a general rule, never share your passport anywhere.

2. As they kind of suggested, take a scan or photo of your credit card and obscure all the digits on your card apart from the last four. You can do that using a paint program or putting a piece of tape over them before you scan.

3. The only thing they need to see on your utility bill or bank statement is your name and address so black out any financial info or balances that you don't feel comfortable giving to a third party.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing.
