WinBig21 Casino: please help me get paid

Winbig21 Casino has been giving me a lot of runaround. i wish i would have found this forum before making numerous deposit to this scamming online casino. after requesting my 900.00 cash out, i sent all documents as they had asked. I then receive a phone call from them. The person (jack anderson) was whispering and i could not hear him. He then asks me to go to live chat to discuss my payout. As he asked, we begin chatting. he asked me to make a second account with "a few small differences". in other words he wanted me to have multiple accounts and then my cashout would be denied. as it clearly states in the rules. i continued to say no. asked for a manager. this sounded like jack anderson again. i got no where with this manager. now i am asked to call on monday. what a joke. this was weeks ago. i never claimed a bonus when depositing. what can be done??? thanks in advance. good luck players!! Hi, welcome to forum.
Winbig casino which you linked, not exist, so please mention which casino did you mean.Therefore probably you mean winbig21 casino, which is rival?If answer is yes, we need to hear our administrator CL-ED, he should be able to help if he had some contacts on rival casinos. If he can't, we still have some chances, as other guy from Minsk(lol), had problem with wingbig 21 casino, and at final he get paid.
Anyway, please mention casino, and if this winbig21 casino PM the admin your username, here is his profile:

Thanks guys, yes nbrancato if you could clarify the exact name of the casino and send me a PM about it, I'll see if I can get in contact on your behalf. I have not come across this casino before, and the track record of most of these small Rival casinos is pretty bad, but I will do what I can.

Thanks Casholot. I'm trying to get into contact with these guys myself, but I will forward you on nbrancato's info as it can't hurt to have a few people chasing them up.

Just as an explanation: Casholot works for a casino of the same name, who also use the same software supplier (Rival) as WinBig21. The casinos aren't connected in any other way apart from having the same games, but Casholot may be able to ask Rival to give the operator of WinBig21 a kick in the pants to hurry things up.
