CIRRUS CASINO RIP-OFF

On February 10, I won $1525 at Cirrus Casino. On March 14, I received the following response from Nate, the "VIP Casino Manager" when I asked about payment:

"You have gotten paid in the past and this case is no different so you really shouldn’t be asking if you are going to get paid. If we weren’t going to pay you, I would not take the time to respond to all of your emails or apply bonuses. It is longer than I would like but rest assured you will receive your money soon."

Not the type of reply you would expect from someone who is trying to keep your business, is it? It is now April 7 and I still have not gotten paid. REST ASSURED I will not be spending another penny at this casino, and I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews I had read about it.

hi cyndigo welcome to the forums! were glad your here 🙂 not sure were you live but i mostly use club world since im in the states and so far they have been really reliable and trust worthy. i hope you get your money soon. please let us know what happens 🙂 also contact cl-ed on here he might be able to help you out 🙂

Sorry this happened to you. As you can see if you click on the link in your thread, this casino is on the blacklist here. Nothing takes the fun out of winning than not getting paid or having to fight for and wait to get paid.

They said you have gotten paid by them in the past? Is that true? If so, did you have these problems before?

We all make mistakes and we all live and learn.

I'm afraid I can't help on this one. Cirrus Casino is part of the Virtual Casino Group which are just about the most rogue group of online casinos around. They are owned by a fraudster and do this sort of thing all the time. Count yourself lucky that they have paid you in the past.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

Cirrus is where I first started as a newbie and they did rip me off and I haven't played there since. It wasn't for much but still if they won't pay on a 200 payout I figured they would definitely NOT pay on a large one if I ever hit. Fingers crossed for you cyndigo. Please keep us up-dated.
