How much are you trying to withdraw? Did they give you a reason that your documents were not approved?

Hopefully CL-ED will see this soon and come to your rescue I am afraid I don't know a lot about that casino But if you haven't already, I would email them or chat to find out the exact reason your documents were denied. Good luck!

I've had a look at this site but I can't make head or tail of it because it is in Russian I think. I tried sending them an email a while ago but didn't receive a response unfortunately.
