I'll be sure to post each live chat transcription that I make everyday so potential players can see what happens if you go with play2win casino. I'll also start adding these to other websites so that as many people as possible are warned.

That sounds a little schizophrenic. To be fair, the same people do run both casinos.

Charlene: I do not know

Charlene: No for sure

Charlene: but I dont know

😨

Charlene sounds so convincing. Such professionalism.

Thanks for the explanation. I knew there had to be something out of the ordinary to explain why you had done what you had.

As I say, I agree that if you have not broken any of their terms you should be paid / refunded. What they have done is nothing short of stealing your money as they are locking you out of your account while your money is still in there. I assume you have contacted Quidco and tried to apply some pressure from their end? A reputable casino would give you your money back then most likely lock your account as it is clear that you aren't interested in gambling there and you're costing them money in transaction fees. Unfortunately for you, this isn't a reputable casino we're talking about.

An update from me. I did raise an enquiry through Quidco and finally managed to get the £100 cashback via Quidco. So some progress..Having said that, my original deposit of £100 remains with the fraudsters and they have locked my account without officially stating any reason (well how could they seeing that they don't have any...?) I have used their live customer chat a couple of time to raise the issue of my locked account and the replies are funny to say the least. Once they said the casino had some temporary technical issues due to which some of their customers had account problems, another time they said they had locked my account because I was using multiple IP addresses and the third time they said I have multiple accounts which is a policy breach. All complete bull shit and lies.

I have once again raised this issue with Quidco asking them to either follow up on this issue with this casino or to stop featuring this casino on Quidco so that future customers are not duped (by way of using this casino based on Quidco's good name). Interestingly, now that my Quidco cashback came through, the Quidco cashback claim section states that this casino no longer accepts cashback claims. It is clear as water that this casino has decided to use fraud as its prime business model. At least I will warn Quidco and get them to stop facilitating this casino's fraud.

Its small consolation but at least you have effectively gotten your original money back.

Your case actually reinforces my opinion that a lot of these Rival casinos are run by inexperienced people. There is a reason why most casinos don't offer straight up cash rewards and forbid affiliates from doing it too, and it is because they get destroyed by clever guys like you.

Wow, what vague answers, like "a few," and "I don't know....for sure," etc. HORRIBLE customer service!

Hi there

Here is a new one from Denmark 🙂

Let's just say this has bin kind of a ride :OD

It started about 4-5 month ago, when I wanted to cash out some winnings... yes I had actually won some money on the roulette!!! Or so I thought.

After a long time of waiting, to start with, they seemed really nice and helpful, but there was always some demand you have to meet / submit.
It started even really fine, but after I had actually won some money, and I wanted to cash them out, it was almost impossible. It was funny enough no problem to deposit my money in the first place, and had I just lost all of them, there would never had been a problem 😎 but when I actually won and would withdraw my winnings, they drove me around endlessly.
It was no problem to contact live-support, but as others had said, they could only say "in af few days" or "I send an email to financial department" And I could wait several weeks, before I could start all over and contact live-support. Then after a long long time of waiting, I contacted live-support again and threatened with going to the police If they didn't contact me within 2 the 2 weeks, and they actually called me in the last day of the 2 weeks. But because I had no idea, exempt "a few days", and when it was now 2 weeks later, I took the chance to live a little, and played some university football, but they actually called 2 times(but only with 1 min. in between :\ )
So I tried to call back the number, but I only got a fax 🥳
Okay, I tried to answer the mail where I was told that they had tried to contact me several times.... indeed they did ;O) But they didn't answer the mail. I then contacted live-support again. And then about a week later financial department called me again, this time at my grandmothers funeral supper... but I took it, because I wanted my 230€ back. But she just called me to tell me that I wouldn't get my winnings, because they believed I had been counting card while playing the roulette... WTF... And it didn't matter what I said, that was their decision... but they would be so kind to give me back my original deposit, and I would be allowed to play or withdraw them as I liked. Wuhu... 🍺

And they actually did after a while. Of course I did withdraw my money as fast as possible, but at the same time I filed a complain. And then short after my account was closed down... but after about a week, I actually got my 95€ back.

But WTF! I did know the saying "the casino always wins" but I didn't know that was actually "the casino always wins, and if they don't, they just take back your winnings"... That is a very smart concept, why didn't I think of that... maybe because it isn't legal in most countries. But what can you do about it, except warning other people on the internet???

So here it is...

KEEP AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS INTERNET CASINO AS POSSIBLE!!! And send this advice out to as many people you know 😉

"Card counting on roulette". WTF indeed.

We have added a review for each of their casinos. Actually they are more like a warning but now they each have their own dedicated page and a spot on our blacklist too.

I've been done out of £85 from Play2Win Casino. Falling foul of their 'dormant account' condition. I made a withdrawal request in mid May, just logged back in today and see that the withdrawal request was reversed last month and the funds have disappeared from my account. Livechat operator told me the funds have gone to the Casino - thanks for that!

Anyway, their terms and conditions state the following:

"8.9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The validity, construction and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Courts of Justice, London, England to which the parties hereby submit, except that a Party may seek an interim injunction in any court of competent jurisdiction."

Does this mean they have some element of the company based in the UK? If they do I'd like to file a Small Claims on them out of principle but can't find any contact details or registered office - does anyone know of any?

Thanks.

Hi Bob Smith! Thank you for posting. I am always appreciative to others who share experiences to warn potential future depositors. I cannot answer your questions, but be assured CL-ED, or someone more knowledgeable than I, will come along to help you soon.

In the meantime, do not hesitate to become more involved here on CL. Even stopping in a few times per week is fun, and we share all kinds of great information! You can earn CL points by entering contests and writing mini review of good (OR even bad) casinos. I hope you decide to stick around, get to know us better, and become a more active member of Casino Listings.

Welcome! 🙂

bob, I've taken a look around their site to see if I can find any contact information that is UK based. If so you may have a chance but I highly doubt it. Like most casinos they have set themselves up so that the casino is served offshore from Curacao. The operational side may in fact be based in England but in this case they have gone to great lengths to conceal where they are and I couldn't work it out.

They have a London based contact phone number but that in itself doesn't mean much as it could be redirected virtually anywhere. The guy who was working for them that I spoke to on behalf of other posters in this thread had a mobile phone number with an Israeli area code, and a land line with a Swiss area code. Knowing what I do about this industry I suspect that they are most likely located in Israel as there are many casinos run by people there.

One thing I noticed while there is the scrolling winners list on the home page. I couldn't believe that there were so many winners with French sounding names from Australia. Sure, we have a multicultural society, but it is fair to say that names like Pierre, Arnaud, Djamal, Aurelie, Toinet, Francoise, Nathalie, Cedric, Laurent and Jean-Christophe (all from the site and I could go on with more) are rare. So I changed the language setting up the top of the page to French and what do you know, all the winners that had Aussie flags now have French flags next to their names. Change to Spanish and the same thing happens. At the very least they are misrepresenting where the winning players are from based on the visitor's location or language in order to entice people to sign up.

Wow, they definitely have plenty in their "bag of tricks." Good thing we have you to help figure these things out for us. I have found my few reputable casinos, and I rarely venture away from those to try new. And with good reason.
