Hi, in the last days I registered in some casinos with Rival with good no deposit bonus and it worked very well, but yesterday I registered in Vanguard Casino and Da Vinci's gold, and i couldnt claim the no deposit bonus for every new player. I contacted the support and they only told me that my account was flagged and i cant claim any promotion, I ask for what reason and simple told me the casino has the right to not tell the reason!
I only play in 1 pc, i have only 1 pc in my home, i have 1 account.
So if the flag is "correct" is just I had registered 5 or 6 accounts in Rival Casinos and whats wrong with that?
I played in SunSet Slots, Tradition and Play2Win with the no deposit bonuses.
And then I registered in Da Vince's gold and saw none promotions and I registered in Vanguard and saw the same. Is there any way to contat Rival to become eligeble?

True. I believe Rival monitors all the accounts from the casinos. They also block the promotions for depositers when many free chips are redeemed in a row. Allow me to finish with a note: the time frame of the cahouts are processed in not less then 10 days. Very boring!
When you play at a Rival white label casino like those two, you are entered into a centralised database that all the other white labels have access to. They also all use the same customer support centre and IT infrastructure. Just about the only thing different between them is the manager / marketing people running each particular white label. When they see that you have claimed a bunch of bonuses at multiple different casinos in a short space of time they bonus ban you. There is also a good chance that you can be bonus banned just by claiming a bonus and winning.
