Inetbet Casino Won't Pay!!!

7 replies • Last post

Inetbet casino claims I have multiple accounts with same IP and Computer. Impossibility as the spreadsheet they showed lists those accounts in other towns/cities with different IP's and internet providers and my computer is only a year old. I always ask support prior to depositing at ANY online casino to check and make sure that their are no duplicate accounts associated with me and when I did they assured me that there were no other accounts, then once I tried to withdraw winnings that I obtained on a $20 bonus they gave me after I deposited and lost $200 and met the outrageous playthrough requirements, they try to say I have duplicate accounts.

I also received the run around for over a week regarding the paperwork and faxback forms they required. I had gone to their banking website and downloaded, completed and emailed the form to them, and they keep emailing they want a faxback form. Finally they send me a link to the faxback form, which was incorrect on their website. After all documents were received now they claim I have duplicate accounts and won't pay me. HELP! Anyone else have problems with this casino?

Tammy, I have withdrawn and deposited multiple times at this casino with never a problem. I wonder what is going on? I am sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. Maybe there is someone who can explain or resolve this matter on CL. I hope it gets worked out for you!!!

That is a very odd thing to do if you know you don't have any duplicate accounts. Has this happened to you before?

Can you post the IP and location information that they supplied you?

tammylea50, that's awful!

Altho my typing skills aren't that great, I preferr to communicate via live chat than phone so I'll have a written copy of the questions I've asked AND the answers I've gotten.

I see that INetbet offers neither of these options. It's been my experience, if I email a casino with several questions, they invaribly only answer 1 or 2, never the ones that are of most importance, so I usually get discouraged/disgusted, figure their support team isn't that great and go somewhere else.

Please keep us posted with the outcome of this issue.

HI CL-Ed,

They have not supplied me with the IP and location only a list of accounts that they claim were opened by me. I confirmed that my family opened them with my info and password (which is the same pw I use for most accounts). And yes, since I went through a horrid divorce and lost my entire family over it, it has happened before, besides, I might forget I opened an account years ago and want to be sure there are no duplicate accounts. Now, since I threatened if they didn't pay me I would threaten to charge back my deposits they won't pay me at all. They say they want me to sign a form stating I made the deposits in good faith. Yeah right.

They will always find a way not to pay. That really sucks.

Some casinos will but I didn't think INETBET was like that AT all. I am sorry to hear of your horrific divorce. 😢 they usually do have you sign an auth form but maybe you should do the chargebacks and say so long to INETBET and start over somewhere else with new id and password. 🤷 Good luck to you.

And yet another casino that welcomes U.S. players that I haven't really heard of before. When I think I know them all....lol. I really do tend to stay in my little circle of comfort when it comes to online casinos, I guess. 🙂
