I played a tournament at Slotastic. It lasted a week and ended Sunday. As of yet they have not deposited my 61.60 in winnings to my account. I have contacted live chat twice and sent a email to support. still no word. I just started playing here so i am wondering if this is a norm??? I have never had this happen before 👎 🤷

Slots FanI did and the first person said there were technical difficulties another one said that he was going to check with software provider and they today live chat directed me to send an email to support which I did. the only prob is I don't know the id number for the tourny and its off screen already 🤷

Forum AngelThat IS really strange. I thought tournament wins were added fairly quickly, too. Like when I win a little something at Club World or Slot O' Cash, the very next time I sign in a message pops up saying, "Congratulations, Hope777, you won 20 cents," lol, or whatever.
Are you saying the tournament lasted an entire week? That, alone, sounds crazy.
Where else do you play tournaments? I am getting tired of just my three places, over and over.
Had you won at Slotastic before, like a lesser amount in a tournament? I know you said you just started playing there, but wonder if you won smaller amounts before that were credited.
Please DO let us know how this turns out, because it does not sound right to me. Funny how the first thing they always say is "technical problems." Such an easy explanation for anything and everything.

I am uninstalling them immediately. Their playthrough is absolutely ridiculous and all the tournaments are pay. /Did you deposit to just play the tourneys or do you play there, too? I am not impressed. I will stick to my tried and true (well, at least familiar, not true in the sense of winning, lol).
