Classy Coin Casino

23 replies • Last post

After Playing at Classy Coin for a few months, I won $3000. It took a month following to receive 1000 ( I requested the 3000 as one withdrawal), then a month later a second check was received for 1000, however, that bounced, was later re-deposited and cleared. Finally the last check for the final 1000 came last week, the check bounced and I seem not to be able to enter my account with them, and there is no answer when calling. Prior, customer service seemed nice, and I was giving them the benefit of any doubt.

Does anyone know what the deal is with Classy Coin, and is there any recourse being given a bad check?

Thank-you

Would like to add...at least the customer service rep. at Classy Coin (Jena) suggested waiting till payment went through prior to depositing more for play. So if they are going out of business, perhaps losses could have been worse. Hoping the problem with Classy Coin is just some glitch; they seemed a good place to play?

They are decent, nothing really all that special Shoreline. The review on this site docks them for being slow to pay out and offering limited banking options.

Good luck to you, and I hope you get the rest of that money. Like luckywalker said, maybe Ed will be able to help you out.

You can read that review here: http://www.casinolistings.com/casinos/classy-coin-casino-review

So according to that review they are closed up so, shoreline, you are probably fortunate that you received the 2k at least but maybe CL-Ed can help you with the rest. As Slim said, there are better options out there to play RTG etc.

I appreciate the feedback; I assume the better options would include those Casinos listed as recommendations on this site. If you have recommendations based on your experience, please let me know? When you mentioned possible help from CL-Ed, is he someone I contact, or does he review postings? Thanks again!

Hi and WELCOME!

I hope you will join us more often and become an active member of our forum. You have come to the right place. CL-Ed will definitely see your thread and respond to you. Just give it a day or two. He is the BEST, and so is this place.
Did you know you can earn POINTS to spend at Amazon just for posting and chatting with all of us? I haven't heard of anything like this anywhere else, plus the advice here is priceless.

I would recommend reading the reviews here before depositing. If you want to double check, you can post a thread asking what others think about the place, see if anyone has played there before, etc. You can browse the forums for previous discussions on favorite (and not so great) online casinos, too.

You are SO right that waiting for (or worse, not receiving) funds takes the fun out of winning. But still, congrats on your big win. That is awesome. What were you playing when you won?

Having a check bounce in NOT excusable. That is ridiculous, but still glad you received something anyway!

What do you like to play. If slots, what are some of your favorite games?

Join us in this forum, general chat, games, and any other forums that look good to you.

I look forward to getting to know you better. 🙂

I am looking forward to being a part of the discussions and forum. Usually, I play keno, in the background while doing other things. I play 7 or 8 numbers, spread out, for an hour or so at a time, changing after a while if little results. I found better luck with slots playing low, once there seems to be a winning streak I raise, generally that does well for me. My winnings are about half keno, and half various slots. At a minimum its nicer and enjoyable to make a deposit last a while.

Thanks again, I agree this will be a great source to be part of!

Hi there Shoreline and welcome to our forums. Sorry it wasn't under better circumstances.

Classy Coin and the other casinos owned by the same people have been non-operational for a few weeks now. All enquiries we have made have been met with an explanation of "technical issues" experienced during a software upgrade. I don't believe the explanation (at the very least it can't be the full truth), so we made the call to mark them as closed for the time being until the problem is resolved one way or the other.

The fact that your cheque bounced is not promising. The longer this goes on the more likely it is that something catastrophic has happened and they won't be back. Fingers crossed that I am wrong.

I appreciate your assistance, the experience really left me discouraged. I never expected to win like that, especially with such big play-throughs, but the problems with Classy Coin just became ridiculous.

As I have read in many areas of this site, you truly have a handle on many issues related to gaming. As such, I am feeling more comfortable trying again. Being part of this site makes a big difference!

Do you feel it is best to close the bank account that was part of information sent to Classy Coin; or in general is the information sent for verifications secure?

Thanks again, look forward to being part of the forum!

As hard to believe as it may seem, Classy Coin, appears to be up and running again. At least the bounced check they gave (for the second time) actually cleared; only took close to 3-months to collect winnings? Having said such, my question, is Classy Coin (and others like Panda owned by same company), are they somehow now better, and worth dealing with? Or, should be avoided?

Are there reasons be consider Classy Coin, Panda, etc. as trustworthy places to deal with??

In all honesty I would not feel comfortable depositing my money there unless I had no other choice. Who knows if this could happen again, and next time it might be permanent. This outage would have no doubt given them a considerable financial hit.

I appreciate your advise....I truly became frustrated with the two bounced checks from Classy Coin, and all the trouble collecting. While I want to give others the benefit of doubt, I agree with you. Should there be reason in the future to trust them, I am comfortable with your advice....thanks! In contrast; when recently on a business trip in MS, stopped at a casino, happened to win 800 ish, cashed out, simple, fun, done.....thanks again, and to luckywalker and others for helpful advice!

Congrats on your land casino win shoreline. Land based are definitely easier to get payouts from and their comps are quite straight forward unlike the confusing bonuses and play thru in the online world but with due diligence and research, online gaming can be fun as well.

Thanks....I have been busier then usual with work, and the kids being off school for a few weeks, the holiday stuff in general. But looking forward to getting back to the on-line again. At least I have a better understanding of which places are best to avoid.

Let us know if you have more questions and let us know how it goes. I tried a lot of the no-deposit offers when I was new. Even though they place restrictions on the free chips, I found it was a nice way to try different places before I decided where to deposit. Whatever you decide to do, Good Luck! 🙂

Has anyone had any trouble getting Classy Coin to honor the affiliate link no deposit bonus through this site? They wouldn't honor it for me, even though I went directly there, from here. The support was pretty quick in looking into it, but the ultimate answer for not honoring it seemed like a made up line to me, designed to put the blame on CL, "you should have received an email from the affiliate with a direct link to the Classy Coin registration." They did still offer me a 10$ freebie, which I imagine is their standard for anyone who comes without an affiliate link. Could the link be corrupted in some way? Or do you think they are denying CL some commission? I felt like it was the latter, but I can't be sure. Thanks

Thanks for letting us know whitgold. I'll get in touch with them and find out if they have cancelled the bonus or something. It sounds like the support person has no idea what they are talking about. All you need to do is click on our link and they should have tracked that you came through here and are entitled to the free chip when you entered the code - you did enter the code in the cashier right? (It is LISTINGS25).

Actually I think I know what might have happened. If you go to the Classy Coin review page and click the actual free chip bonus you end up on a special page that says enter code LISTINGS25 for $25 free etc. However if you click any of the other bonuses or the Visit Site button you go to the casino homepage. I'm guessing here but I'd say their systems don't mark you as entitled to the $25 unless you hit that special landing page. Usually that never matters as long as you click any link from our site. But I'm guessing that is the problem here.

chop1115, the casino has responded to me and says they have banned you due to the creation of multiple accounts and identities. I'm afraid that they are not going to pay you.
