Best Slots/Games for Wagering requirements?

3 replies • Last post

Hello to all fellow members.

I am new to this site and relatively to the casino world, but looking forward to learning from you and this amazing site.

I am looking on trying some of tthese bonuses but I was wondering which games/slots would you guys recommend for the best House.Edge and EV to start with?

What bets and how many turns etc should I play in slots for best wagering requirements?

Im willing to try a few deposits right now, but im looking on finding the best choices possible.

Any information provided would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

Welcome BobM, first off are you playing in the Us and on RTG's because what kind of games you play makes a difference for sure and in my experience (which is limited) on RTG's it is better to make a smaller deposit using a bonus and always check the play thru requirements and remember that ususally bonuses are sticky so when you go to cash out the bonus will be subtracted from your payout.
On RTG's there are medium, high and very high volatility slots. medium are lower risk but lower payouts high and very high..higher risk with the opportunity to win heftier bonuses and payouts.
There, of course, is no guarantee 🙂 as sometimes the medium volatility aren't paying and the higher ones are or vice vers. there is still some luck and timing involved.
I stay away from any bonus that is higher than 20x the deposit and bonus as that really is 40x on a match bonus. No play thrus are the best of course but they are "stickys". go to the casino bonus201 section on here and it will explain it more in depth. I am sure some CL-buddies will have other advice for you but as a newbie this is what has kinda worked for me.

Thank you for your reply LuckyWalker.

I am looking into starting with 3-5 casinos to get familiar with the whole process. Basically I would like to be able to deposit into a casino to receive the match bonus and play the suggested games/slots until I reach the wagering requirements and be able to withdraw the remaining amount of the bonus. Which types of bonuses could this be applicable?

I was told by other players that blackjack is no longer the game of choice since most casinos only count it as 10% towards the wagering requirements. I heard slots were the most advantageous right now, but am unsure as to which would assure the best HE and EV.

Is this information on this site? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Bob, I can see from your profile that you're in Canada so I'll take that as an assumption. We do have some of this information in our database but it is not listed on the site (yet!). Here are some decent choices:

Net Entertainment games:
Mega Joker - 99.0%
Jackpot 6000 - 98.8%
Blood Suckers - 98.0%
Fishy Fortune - 97.9%
Kings of Chicago - 97.8%
Devil's Delight - 97.6%
Simsalabim - 97.5%

Most of the newer Net Ent releases are in the 96 - 97% payout range. You can see the payout rate on any Net Ent game by clicking the help icon and scrolling down to the bottom of the help page.

IGT games:
Enchanted Unicorn - 97.4%
Texas Tea - 97.4%
Wheel of Fortune Hollywood Edition - 97.0%
Wheel of Fortune Triple Action Frenzy - 97.0%

Rival slots (note Canadians usually cannot play these):
Hole in Won - 99.5% (note this has a skill based mini golf bonus game, and that payout reflects perfect play)
Reel Crime 2 - 97.0%
Cosmic Quest Mission Control - 98.6%
Future Fortunes - 98.2%

RTG games are supposedly able to be switched between 3 different payout rates - low (92.5%), standard (95%), and high (97.5%). The problem is that without recording reel strips and comparing them you won't know which payout the machine is set to.

We have more than these and for other softwares like Microgaming and Rival, but they are not all in our database yet. I'll see if I can find some more for you.

Always check the bonus terms though as many Net Ent casinos now exclude Jackpot 6000 and Mega Joker for example from meeting wagering requirements.

Not many slots come close to Blackjack's payout rate of around 99.6%.The other thing in blackjack's favour for bonus bagging is that it is a relatively low variance game (ie your bankroll doesn't fluctuate wildly). Slots are a whole different proposition and it can be common to bust even when playing a 99% payout machine. As for there being no good blackjack bonuses left - there are but there aren't many.
