Casino Royal Club SCAM

22 replies • Last post

Avoid CASINO ROYAL CLUB at all cost. After you make a deposit, and if you win they will quit answering the phones, emails, and livechat. I gave them all personal data, banking data, and credit card data and should have had no problem with my withdrawal request of $150. Site withdrawal page says, "2-5 days for approval" and this is just another lie I can attest to. I found other people getting ripped off from this site on the internet (after the fact) and just wanted to post a warning for anyone who might think about playing there. So, please pass this information on to all your online gambling friends as CASINO ROYAL CLUB gives online gaming a bad name!

Respectfully,

Raymond

I just wanted to let you guys know that I finally did get paid the $150 owed me from Casino Royal Club however, it took alot longer than professed on the site. Also, in my opinion, technical support is unsatisfactory and does not represent a "Responsible Gaming" site. I will never play there again!

Respectfully,

Raymond

Good to hear you got paid. Where are you paying out of? Some places can take a while to get payment from, especially if you are in the US.

How long ago was your account verified? This casino does not have the best reputation, but it does look like the original poster of this thread got paid.............eventually.

I would keep emailing them and going on chat every day, and you are very smart to save a record of any and all communication. Don't give up! Let's also wait to see what CL-Ed has to say. Maybe he can help. But the main thing is don't touch the money and keep on them EVERY single day until they give you what you are owed!

Good luck!

They look like a white label Rival casino to me. That means they are basically a "skin" rented by someone from Rival themselves who they pay a commission to. I regard most of these casinos as very risky as history has shown them to be run very unprofessionally by people who don't know what they are doing and have no business running a casino.

On the website they don't list where they are licensed, do not name the owners or the owning company, nor do they list a postal address. These are all warning signs that you need to recognise when you go to an online casino site. If it looks like the owners are trying to hide who and where they are, then unless you know for sure that the casino is good (eg you read a review here or another trustworthy site) then don't play there.

All Rival white labels are licensed in Curacao (Netherlands Antilles). Nobody from CIGA (the licensing authority there) will help you - they will just tell you to sort it out with the casino itself. That is their "official" dispute resolution process.

I found reference to a player getting paid after waiting for over 5 months at CasinoMeister here, so there is some small hope:

Oh, wow. Waiting over five months is completely unacceptable. I can't understand how these places even stay in business. I wish more would do research before depositing their hard-earned money.

I found something like this,

Danslow Management Ltd gambling sites is powered by Rival Gaming software.
Danslow Management Ltd is an independent company fully licensed and registered in Cyprus.

apparently it's their business, it makes sense to write to someone? if so, how can you know the address

p.s sorry my english i use translator 😜

I found this address:

Danslow Management Ltd
St Thermopylon
Dekelia
Larnaca - 6423
Cyprus

However I doubt that writing to them is going to achieve anything. It is most likely an offshore holding company used to avoid paying taxes rather than an actual operating company.

For an $85 withdrawal it is going to cost you far more in time, effort and aggravation in pursuing them. My advice is to assume that you won't get the money, email them once a week, and if you do end up getting paid its a nice surprise.

So how did that payment within 24 hours end up going? I'm not confident so I'll be pleasantly surprised if you have received your money.

Great news. That might be the hardest $85 you have ever had to earn!

I think we need to add a page listing all Rival Casinos and a clear statement that we don't think very much of most of them. Stay tuned...

The good thing is that Rival is now starting to license out their games to other more reputable casinos to add to their collections. So hopefully soon you will be able to play the games, if you like them, at far better casinos. One that we recently reviewed that already has some Rival games is Tropezia Palace.

No US players at Tropezia Palace, right? 😢

I tried to play there, but they said my password was wrong. I emailed for it, and no email after three times. Clicked on customer support and received an "error page," three times, that said if I receive an error page contact customer support, lol. I was going to try the seven dollars to see what the games were like, but no luck. I will save it for another time, as I spent enough time, already, trying to figure it all out.
