Lock Casino

I am having problems with Lock Casino. I hit a jackpot for 5K. I have sent all requested documents to them. I cannot get them to return my emails regarding the status of my withdrawal. Anyone have any ideas who I might contact regarding the situation?

I agree Slim. It has been raised with RTG before but they wash their hands of it altogether. Basically if you are willing to pay them they will sell you the software, no questions.

Is RTG licensed anywhere? If so, someone should take them to task over this. Ugh, I'd be HOT if I got a bounced check. If you can't do that for your mortgage, what makes a casino think they can do it with your money?

Well I received another email this morning from them stating that they will Western Union me my money in increments of $850. They also stated they could send me a replacement check lol. I will be picking up the check today and seeing what actions can be taken. This check is a legal instrument. Wish me luck with this! Ed if you know of anyone that could help me out please let me know! Best of luck to you all!

Still looking for help from anyone! I have sent numerous emails to Lock and I am getting nowhere. I am almost to the point of taking this check to the DA. If I sent someone a hot check they would have my ass. I do not have telephone numbers for Lock. The #'s I did have were no good.

mommatx, you may want to send Ed a private message as he may not have seen this thread update yet. It may be the quickest way to get those contact details.

As for going to the DA: I feel your pain on this, and I would be PISSED if a casino gave me a bad check, but going to the DA might not get you anywhere. What you have to remember is that online gambling hasn't been put into any law in America, and that there are little to no protections for us players.

Did you get your $850 Western Union payment yet?

I am still trying to figure out how to send a private message on here! I will get it figured out eventually lol. No I haven't gotten a $850.00 payment yet. I know going to the DA will not get me anywhere but I have nothing to hide. I would think that this issue would be of the utmost importance to Lock. The way I am beginning to see how it will work is that it will take 1 week for the withdrawal to be "processed" then another week to receive the money which means a total of at least 8 weeks to get the 3K. Hopefully I am wrong. I know many poker players that have cashed thru Lock Poker without any problems. Maybe I will hear something from them today.

Still cannot find how to send a pm to someone. I have checked all my settings but I am not able to see the "Send PM" that slim was showing. Still no word from Lock about the 1st $850.00 withdrawal to cover the bounced check.

Has Lock come through with a Western Union transfer number? All they need to do is give you the number and you can go collect your money at a WU agent.

Ed I still have not received a confirmation email. I did receive an email @ 12:15 a.m. stating that they would follow up with their cashier manager to ensure my pending withdrawal would be processed within 48 hours. This has turned into a nightmare lol. This last email is the 1st contact with them since the 31st of May. I have no clue why this has taken so long only thing I can think of is that they don't want to pay or can't pay. I honestly don't know where to go from here.

Good stuff mommatx! I hope you stay around and check out all the GOOD casinos on this site. There are places that will actually pay you with GOOD methods and not bounce a check to you.

Wow, a 5K win would be SO awesome! Good for you, and I am glad they are paying, even if smaller increments. That is certainly better than nothing.

Yes, way too long, and in those increments, some would have trouble not spending as bills come along, etc. One lump sum is much easier to manage and to budget.

I am just glad they paid out......finally.
