Lock Casino

51 replies • Last post

I am having problems with Lock Casino. I hit a jackpot for 5K. I have sent all requested documents to them. I cannot get them to return my emails regarding the status of my withdrawal. Anyone have any ideas who I might contact regarding the situation?

According to the link below, it is not looking good.

http://www.casinolistings.com/casinos/lock-casino-review

I know that CL-ED will be here soon, and if there is anything within his power to do, he will do it. However, there are some that refuse to work with anyone at all. While you are waiting for him, you can read the review, but it does not sound good. So sorry.

Lock casino? Wasn't at this casino that one guy won a big jackpot. There's a post on the forum about it. They paid all the money but took a while. Don't worry, mommatx, if they paid to the other guy and the amount was much bigger then 5k, i believe they will pay to you. Howerver, the customer support at lock's casino is horrible, i know that. Try to contacgt them by phone.

Thanks for the info folks! I finally received a very short return email from Lock. They state that their check time frame is 2-3 weeks. I am very surprised to have even received the short email from them. I have also called the 800 # that Lock has listed in their cashier with no return phone call. Have a great day folks!!

My plans for the money are a well deserved vacation for the husband and myself. We will attend the drag races in Topeka Kansas and then off to the casinos, oh and some fishing for the hubby lol!

I was playing a quarter a spin on Loose Caboose. Funny thing is I had traded a friend some money from a poker site for $ on Lock. I do not care for the Lock Poker site so I thought I would try the casino. I had the $25 I traded up to $300 then ran it down to $16 when I hit the jackpot. It was almost to good to be true since I had just spent an enormous amount of money on my moms 70th birthday and my grandmothers 92nd birthday. Best of luck to you all. Have a blessed day!

House's rent, phone bill, internet bill, tv bill and the car loan will be paid by the casinos. Awesome!

Sorry I didn't see this thread earlier mommatx. Let me know if they don't come through with the payment as I have the contact details of the CEO there from the previous case of dogfather72 linked above.

Thanks CL-Ed! I was sent an email on April 29th stating my withdrawal had been processed. I was told it would take 5-10 days to get to me by "courier check". I will keep you posted and thanks again for the offer!

CL-Ed I would like to see if you can give me any information on Lock. I was told my check had been sent and it would take 5-10 business days to arrive. It was processed on the 29th of April. I was told by a Lock CSR they no longer gave tracking #'s for their package they are sending me. I have contacted Fed Ex and was told by a Fed Ex CSR that if it had been sent out it would take no longer than 5-7 days for me to receive. I also found this lil tidbit of info on ITH.com "Players that cash out via Check will be given a tracking number". I am discovering information that I feel to be sketchy. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not being given a tracking number seems odd. It doesn't cost them anything to give you the number, it only makes it more clear if they have sent the check or not. Good luck and I hope you get your check soon.

Yes it seems rather odd to me as well. I hate to be such a pessimist, but with good reason I am. I have money tied up on 2 different poker sites that I may never see. Yesterday I received a return email from Lock stating that they could not provide me with a tracking # and it would be 5-10 days before my check arrived. I have also asked if the package needed a signature since I will be leaving town on the 17th for a 10 day trip. So I will sit back and see what happens for the next few days.

Ed has been moving houses the past few days, so I don't think he has had complete access to everything yet (though I could be wrong)... I am sure he will be getting back with you soon though. He is good like that!

Yes indeed, sorry I am all over the shop and between two houses at the moment.

I have seen Lock take a long time to pay players, and sometimes for tiny amounts in instalments (as low as $500). But to be fair I have never had word of them lying about sending a cheque. At 5-10 business days from April 29, the 10th day is today (May 11).

Give them a day or two and if you don't receive it Monday let me know and I'll put you in contact with someone who can hopefully help find out what has happened.

Received a check today. Bank cannot verify funds nor can they verify the processors telephone #. I tried a check cashing service but was unable to cash it with them for the same reasons the bank gave me.

So does that mean you cannot deposit the check into your bank account?

I would think you COULD deposit it, but you just carry the risk that if it bounces that you are on the hook for the funds. It would also mean that you can't cash it until it actually clears. Keep us updated as there is a healthy chance I am wrong! 😜

Hi there,

Our 3rd party check processor had informed us that there is an issue with the $3000 check. Please do not cash this as it will not process successfully. Instead we will send your funds via Western Union. Western Union is very quick and convenient. Once processed, you will be sent a confirmation email that includes your Confirmation Number and Name of the Sender. Please take this, along with photo ID to your local Western Union branch in Amarillo, TX and they will release the funds to you.

Please confirm receipt of this email so we can continue with the replacement payout. And let us know if you have any questions at all.

All my best,

Elle

Wow, that is CRAP! I know they are an overall poor casino, but that is absolutely ridiculous.

I really think that software developers such as RTG who provide software to casinos such as Lock need to be held accountable for this stuff. Sure Lock is the one who is mucking this all up for the player, but RTG has something to do with this as they STILL provide the software to Lock.

Just my two cents.
