Hi tracykato, and welcome to the site. I am sorry that you are having issues with Grand Reef and after reading the comments in the review section, it appears that they have had a bit of a reputation for having slow payments.

It also appears that CL-Ed knows the owners of the casino, maybe he can help you.

Good luck with everything!

well, they aren't refusing to pay... however, i only believe in an casino's word when i have the money in my account. My longest withdrawl period was at Rome casino and took more then 2 and a half months. Hope you get your money soon, mister. Good luck!

Geez I actually met with the casino owners in person 2 weeks ago and they assured me this stuff was sorted out. They specifically claim to have no payment limits which is one of the things we like about them compared to most other Playtech casinos.

Tracy, send me a PM (link to the left under my name) with your Grand Reef username and I'll give them the hurry up.

Tracy I received your PM and I have contacted them so please sit tight, don't play with your winnings, and I'll make sure you are paid.

Hi there
I made a withdrawal in Sept with grand reef of $9000 i was told that they were having bank issues and i would need to be paid in installments. Obviously i was not happy with this but it was the only option and i believed that bank issues were true.
However Dec 22nd i made a withdrawal of $10000. After 4 days i emailed grand reef and was told that due to public holidays and influx of winners it would be a wait. I waited still nothing. I then recieved a email stating a withdrawal of $2000 has beenpprocessed. No one ever contacted me saying i wasn't going to be paid full amount. I got a email from John pitbull manager congratulating me on win saying i would be paid in installments. I never agreed to or knew of being paid in installments. Again being told bank issues. Im so concerned about not getting my money.

vmvr - just to be clear, they already paid your first withdrawal of $9000 and this is a 2nd one for $10,000? Is that right?

So far everyone we have spoken to this casino about was paid eventually, albeit in instalments. We posted a note on our review of them early last year to warn of this. They do pay in the end, but I am afraid that you're going to have to sit tight and wait it out. Make sure you do not reverse your withdrawals or redeposit your winnings in the meantime. Also, send me a private message with your account name there and I'll email their manager to see if I can help speed things up for you. Cheers.

We're chasing this one up on behalf of vmvr. She has received the first withdrawal in full and this is a 2nd withdrawal that they have started to pay in instalments (one so far).

I am also having trouble with grand reef. I tried to withdraw money on the 21/1/2013. I got and email saying I needed to send through my id which I did the same day. they then told me it would take 5 days to process. since then I have emailed them a couple more times always getting the same reply that it is being processed and is In the final stages. online it still says it is pending the status hasn't changed at all any help would be appreciated as they don't seem to want to pay.

louise, if you send me a PM with your username there I will pass it on to a manager but to be honest based on our experience with them in the past it won't speed things up. They are consistently slow payers these days. Hang in there and don't reverse that withdrawal.

Hello!

I made a withdrawal 20.3 and 21.3. They paid 20.3 withdrawal (3.4) but the second withdrawal is still pending. i emailed grand reef and was told that due to public holidays and influx of winners it would be a wait. they can not tell how long it takes. so I want to share my experience with the Casino, and how to slow down the payment. I can not recommend the casino to anyone, there is a lot of good casinos that pay as agreed.

Thanks for sharing kate. Don't reverse your withdrawal. Keep chasing them up and they will pay you eventually.

Make sure you find a different casino to play at in future as these guys have proven to be consistently slow payers and nothing has improved in the last 12 months since this thread was started.

I won $20,000 and withdrew on the 13/06/2013. The excuses that this site gives is getting beyond a joke. I am a VIP member and yet the same problem occurs. Excuses, excuses and yet more excuses, then delays upon more delays. Waiting for near to a month, I believe is more than enough time to wait for a payout. I even had a personal assistant helping me and now he won't even contact me or answer any emails. Avoiding....I think so.
The excuse started off with: I signed the papers wrong which was rectified, something is wrong with the transaction of their international banking.
At what point do we as loyal players (VIP status I might mention again) remain patient.... I am looking into legal advice here in Australia. All I want is my winnnings, nothing more nothing less!! Is that so hard? Obviously it is.....
I will not reverse my winnings as I would like the money.....
Not impressed at the moment........ this is with Grand Reef Casino.... not Grand Parker

Hello,

I made withdrawal 30.12.2013 amount of 500e at Grandreef casino. I have sent my documents for long time ago and those was ok. I have now wait my funds for two months!!! I have been chatting with them many, many times, and always they say the same : " you will get your withdrawal soon and sorry for the delay....etc" As I say, two months has gone by and not get my money. 😢 I cant stand this anymore, what could i do to get my money?

Hi Kirsi83, I am afraid that these guys don't really respond any more when we contact them - well at least they don't speed up the payments. It got to the point where we added them to our blacklist because they are so slow to pay, and we also found evidence that they are owned by a guy who ripped off a South African woman who won a million dollar jackpot. All I can advise is to wait it out and keep emailing them. But whatever yo do, do not reverse your withdrawal and start playing with the money.

Sorry I can't be of much more help than that. They used to have someone there who would force a payment through if we asked nicely but that person is no longer with them and the new guys, as I say, aren't very responsive.
