I will post when I recieve a payment at this time not yet.. I sent VIP email an withdrawals again an have yet recieved my money since December 9th.. My friend has been waiting since Oct an no luck yet..Just last week my friend called an the manager their Shane is no longer with them - seems they have new managers.. not sure what is going on but still waiting to get paid as of feb- 5- two months now.. small withdrawal really only $700.. I must add someone sent me email saying that is my fav casino.. I relplied was MINE to.. too bad,, no fun when you can't get your winnings.. this is Second time I went thru this - first time was assured problem was resoved an wouldn't happen again so that is why I am posting - because it is not resolved an I didn;t post last time they did this because I supported them an truely beleived they had few bugs to work out.. which is just not the case it wasn't resolved..

Rushmore has owed me $2000 since December 15th 2011. They've trotted out all the old excuses and some fairly inventive new ones. I've even taken to write them fresh ones to return to me so I needed not suffer through a repeat. I feel sorry for the customer service reps, who as a rule are very nice. I can only imagine what it must be like to answer the phone when you're a late payer to this extreme and of course they have no power to fix anything. It's my sincere hope that they are paid well for the abuse they must get. I'll post as soon as or if I'm paid.

Rushmore on January 22nd 2011 I contacted Rushmore withdrawals Megan Ross the manager. I told her that I thought I was being stalled and of course she told me that was not the case. She went on to say that my withdrawal had actually gone out but was returned because of bad bank information. I reviewed my copy of my information I had supplied them and had my bank do the same. Surprise no errors! Then I made the following offer. Since the withdrawal had already been processed, cut me a check for $2000 minus Fed Ex fees PLUS with hold an additional $100.00 for their trouble. She flat passed on the deal. Ask your self wouldn't you have put yourself out a little for an easy $100.00 and also satisfying and retaining a customer. I would have..

Thanks for the feedback folks. Take it as a hint people - they either don't want or can't handle your business anymore. Whether it is processing difficulties or cashflow it doesn't really matter, as there are several other casinos that can and will pay players much faster than this group.

Who would sign a petition suggesting Rushmore change its name to Rush-less.? I'm still waiting since 12/15/2011 for a $2000.00 pay out. So I cant see any rush in them. Now they don't even bother to reply to emails. Which is supposed to be done with in 3days time. According to their FAQ

I played in one of this casino family(Slots Oasis), I had a fund sinc 12/08/2012 for $1000, and another one in 01/05/2012 for $1100, I never got paid , I got all the run around and execuesses with no payment, I send tones of emails with no reply, You will not belive what I been through with this casino staff.
And do you know what they did to me after all the run around and the promiss that i should be reciving my funds very soon , which this SOON , never coms, that is what they did after all;
1- on 02/10/2012 they closed, or blocked my account.
2- They told me that they refund me back the deposits I had made into the casino ($1200)
3- Knowing that the fact they owen me my funds was ($2100).
4- That means this casinos the do their calculation , and they found that paying me my $1200 back better than paying me my funds $2100.
At the end just STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO CHAIN, AND THERE ARE A LOT OF MUCH BETTER CASINOS ON LINE SO LIGETMEATE

Another day another dollar not delivered,When I hit a Royal December 14th 2011. It was one of the greatest things that had ever happened to me and I followed it up with 4 aces in a matter of 5 minutes. Like so many people these days I'm on hard times. I got Parkinson's disease and had to give up a job that I loved and go on Social security disability.which brings in to my home about 1./4th what I used to bring home.
So I'm looking at my bank account. Which had about 50bucks in it. I look under the Christmas tree not one present. for the first time since I was eight years old I didn't have enough money to by my wife of forty years a Christmas Present.. I thought what the hell! I'm going for it. Shes always been down on the idea of internet gambling. So I sneak into the f family room and fire up the PC buy some chips and start to play video poker for 50 cents max bet $2.50. Just as she comes into the room a catches me at it and starts to yell at me, I hit the royal flush for two thousand. Well you can imagine the difference this made in her attitude. I play a little more and get 4 aces, now we jump on chat and get Georgia online the girl that had helped sign me up she asks me for some info I send it they approve the documents same day,The very next day I get an e-mail from one William Harris , accounts manager explaining that I should have my wire transfer in three or four days.
I was absolutely pumped, I grabbed the nearly maxed out Visa and borrowed a couple hundred off a close friend and went to the mall.Something that in my exuberance I had mentioned to Georgia was that Rushmore had made My holiday complete, You've probably guessed the rest of the story. They haven't paid All I've got now is a pissed off friend an over limit and over due Master card. plus a Heep of broken promises from Rushmore .
This is all before I knew about this site.Had I only seen the warnings! I thought for a while that I'd keep this to myself as it might lessen my chances of getting paid. If I scared people off from playing at Rushmore but the longer It went on the more wrong I felt about not doing something to warn people about this Place. So do patronize them if you don't need the money fast
. If this post cost me my winnings I'll at least have the satisfaction of knowing I might have saved someone from getting hurt as bad as I did. Good Luck.

That is excatly what happen with me , as you said , those are the same names(Tara Murdoch, Megan Ross, Jessica Rose, William Harris), and for more than 3 monthes they finished and ran out execuses,the coustmer service they pass me around , one time can you belive what they told me, they said ( SORRY BECAUSE THE WITHDRAW MANAGER GOT PREGENANT), I told you they finished all the execueses theycan say.
At the end when they saw what I was going to do, they refund my deposits back to my account.
Please every one out there STAY AWAY FROM THE CHAIN OF ( RUSHMORE, SLOTA OASIS, AND CHERY RED)

It seems like more online casinos are not paying their winners on timely manner. Even the recommended casinos here, they are becoming rogue. I wish there are international laws that would protect the players. I don't mind paying taxes, you know.

I'm sorry to hear all the stuff that's going on. Is everyone in the U.S.A? i do see they have updated their withdrawals page to a much better system. In my case i did receive 3 Wire transfers on Jan. 22 , and although they are real slow paying i can honestly say the staff has been truthful as to the info they have told me and assured me everyone gets paid EVEN LATE! I think every case is different and in no way I'm defending their treatment or system of paying winners which from what i can see is totally against industry standards but i rather wait and be paid !!!!!

The casino doesn’t wait to take our money. It comes out asap. . I have heard an felt the same way, loyal an they are very nice. But when your told oh they had the wrong bank account info.. Heard that one before an then processing I too have heard everything everyone else has posted.. Then players need to know that when you put your money in RUSHMORE you will always be checking your account for months. I still haven’t gotten paid an neither has my friend an her withdrawal has been since OCT 2011.. So players need an demand to know the truth - especially when a online casino post you will get paid within 5-10 days that is not the truth.
Rushmore could send out checks, they used to many years ago. I also didn’t post the first time because I believed the hype and didn’t want to hurt their reputation. Being VIP I have stayed an played along time not big deposits but many years at the Rushmore casino. I have two people in town who also play an still waiting to get paid.. I do not agree that at least you get your money - not at all. I am willing to wait 30 days anytime after that is absurd. There are other casino’s that do pay an that’s where I will be. So when I win - I won’t be jumping thru hoops.
I now read all blogs an reviews prior to playing to MAKE sure players are getting paid before I play at that casino.
We all need to post when an if we get paid an where. Many players are also inbound as my husband with illness. I put the lab top in bed an he gets to play, I have been back an forth to the hospital with him for over 2 years an docs. He can’t walk an is in constant pain. We don’t go out to eat, drink , ect. So like others boy the win sure helps.. But the waiting is horrible. So NO THANK YOU..I still haven’t received my funds from December 2011. I will update when I do.. If I do..

FYI Rushmore sent me my check fed ex.. an the other player got her money deposited into her account.. they say processer issues straighten out now.. they said they would send me a check an they did! Whew am happy to say. So for now it seems yes the peps I know all got paid.. so if you do get paid please post so we all know that yes they are back on track.. thank you all this is important info for other to know who pays an who doesn;t so when they don't pay post an when they do pay post.. yep happy camper.. hope all is as well

Good for you bigdaddy. Why couldn't they have sent the check Fed Ex the same week you won? They could have but they chose not to. Maybe they will change the way they pay if they realize they are losing players. My best wishes for your husband who is ill.
