Well good luck on the rest of your withdrawals. Me and a friend played at Rushmore their for years an in the past were both very satisfied. Both of us are VIP players because of the amount of time we stayed with them an then we ran across the same problem with our withdrawals. OVER three months of constant calls an emails. We finally received our withdrawals an was told the problem was fixed. Not to mention we jumped thru hoops on our end (changing our banks- swift code- ect) NOW again same thing.. I withdrew $700 on December 9th 2011an I still don’t’ have my winnings AGIAN getting told third party processor issues.
My friend withdrew $2,000 in OCTOBER 2011 an just got off the phone with VIP an was told they are working on it. I am going past 60 days an she is going on over 90 days.. An this is with emailing an calling every week! I loved playing their an their customer support yes, but now this is just to much hassle. I emailed Rushmore again this morning - Last time they assured me the issues were resolved but as we can see they are NOT as of January 31st 2012.

Another day another dollar not delivered,When I hit a Royal December 14th 2011. It was one of the greatest things that had ever happened to me and I followed it up with 4 aces in a matter of 5 minutes. Like so many people these days I'm on hard times. I got Parkinson's disease and had to give up a job that I loved and go on Social security disability.which brings in to my home about 1./4th what I used to bring home.

So I'm looking at my bank account. Which had about 50bucks in it. I look under the Christmas tree not one present. for the first time since I was eight years old I didn't have enough money to by my wife of forty years a Christmas Present.. I thought what the hell! I'm going for it. Shes always been down on the idea of internet gambling. So I sneak into the f family room and fire up the PC buy some chips and start to play video poker for 50 cents max bet $2.50. Just as she comes into the room a catches me at it and starts to yell at me, I hit the royal flush for two thousand. Well you can imagine the difference this made in her attitude. I play a little more and get 4 aces, now we jump on chat and get Georgia online the girl that had helped sign me up she asks me for some info I send it they approve the documents same day,The very next day I get an e-mail from one William Harris , accounts manager explaining that I should have my wire transfer in three or four days.

I was absolutely pumped, I grabbed the nearly maxed out Visa and borrowed a couple hundred off a close friend and went to the mall.Something that in my exuberance I had mentioned to Georgia was that Rushmore had made My holiday complete, You've probably guessed the rest of the story. They haven't paid All I've got now is a pissed off friend an over limit and over due Master card. plus a Heep of broken promises from Rushmore .

This is all before I knew about this site.Had I only seen the warnings! I thought for a while that I'd keep this to myself as it might lessen my chances of getting paid. If I scared people off from playing at Rushmore but the longer It went on the more wrong I felt about not doing something to warn people about this Place. So do patronize them if you don't need the money fast
. If this post cost me my winnings I'll at least have the satisfaction of knowing I might have saved someone from getting hurt as bad as I did. Good Luck.

Follow up on Rushmore and my previous post. I have written 49 emails and countless phone calls now they avoid both, The customer service people are nice but tell conflicting stories. They all say they know this is frustrating but just wait a little longer and assure me that I'll get my money someday. I asked to speak withdrawals and been told they don't take phone calls. I've offered to pay for an international call that I'd accept 24/7, Ive offered handling fees plus courier fees, to get a Fed Ex. All rebuffed with out an explanation, I think what it boils down to is they're insolvent. They can't pay out what they don't have. I thought Cool Cat was bad they're considered rogue by many sites. They took one month to get me eight hundred dollars, So I went looking for a better casino What I ended up with was Rushmore and they're slower yet two months. Sure wish I'd found Casino listings online before I chose them. I'll post the minute they pay so you can know what your in for.Or for that Matter if anyone from Rushmore gives me a straight answer as to when I'll see my money I'll post that as well. Good Luck to you all.

Just got off the phone with Sam at customer support at Rushmore. He told a totally different story than all his colleagues. His claim was that they had tried to wire transfer and that it was lost at one of the intermediary banks and that they had to trace this money. This was a new one. So now customers are liable to suffer for the ineptitude of the people in the delivery chain that Rushmore chose to make that delivery. Sorry it's not my money that is lost as I've never had the luxury of its' possession. They need to send me my money and go find theirs. $2000 owed since 12/14/2011. I've recounted the different stories that I've been told. and they number nine very different conflicting stories. So making the assumption that one of them is true That gives you eight untruths. I honestly wonder why I bother. I've kept he transcripts of all the stories and will provide them to any interested parties on request. So when you hear them ( and I hope you never have to) you'll be prepared. These people hurt peoples lives with their obfuscation. I feel the complete idiot for ever having believed in them.

Hi azfyker, sorry to hear this has happened to you when you could use the money most. We've heard so many stories from these guys in recent times about delayed payments, its hard to believe any explanation they come up with now. I think you are on the right track - they just don't have the money and they are relying on paying old winners from new player losses. And that isn't sustainable because once word gets around new people stop playing and all the old customers leave because the payments are so slow.

Always play it safe! Consult our list of rogue casinos and warnings before depositing at a new casino.

Oh my gosh.... sad to know a story like this! Rushmore was my first online casino that I made a deposit. I read about not to accept the bonus because of the ridiculous wagering requirements. I'm glad I did not win and be one of the victims. Thanks for sharing your experience.

This is so very sad and inexcusable. Forty-nine emails is unacceptable. Good grief! 😢

Forty nine emails is ridiculous! Something is very wrong at that casino. I'm sure more and more "winners" will be searching out info on this casino. Your story may help someone else to not lose any money there.
