I hope they don't get real mad lol not my intention!!! It's just everything i have read from other people posts is exactly what they are telling me and since i have another 19 withdrawals of 2000 in the works with 2 approved i'm getting worried. If they can't pay my first 1000 and it's now 1 month how are they going to process the rest? maybe it will take them years!!!!

Thank you ED!!! God Bless!!

My goodness! Nineteen withdrawals of 2,000 dollars? What in the world did you win, a progressive or a random jackpot! I certainly hope you receive your money, because congratulations are in order if you manage to get them to pay you. Wow! Good luck with all this, and I mean that sincerely.

Hi ED,

no reply yet, correct? i asked a guy earlier on live chat and he basically didn't say much ,just this.....Let's not panic or get depressed yet. wait this week!!!! Well the email i received from Jessica said that she would email me when the processor got back to her and if i got the 1000 to let her know. I have now totally lost my faith!!! I don't even want to ask Live help anymore cause the answer is always the same. Sad that a player has no recourse yet their processors take our money with no problems.

Ty ED .

Actually I did get a reply which didn't say anything different from what they have been telling you:

Quote:

Accounting has gotten back to me and says this should be going out with the next round of play payouts (this week).

All we can do is wait and see I am afraid.

We have docked a star from the reviews of all their casinos in the meantime (Rushmore, Slots Oasis, Cherry Red, Pure Vegas). I would advise players to be very wary of playing at any of the casinos in this group for the time being because as it stands they are either having problems paying, or their payment processor network looks to be slow and/or unreliable.

Thank you ED!!! much appreciated. Maybe they will get their S... T in order. I have been doing some research and from what i understand C-Planet is related to that group of casinos and in your forum i also read something about a link for disputes ( CDS?) .I'm still going to give them this week than maybe you can guide me as to what step to take next if you don't mind.

God Bless !!

Sorry to say you might as well forget about CDS - its next to useless. It is a supposed intermediary set up for RTG casinos to help players in a dispute. But to be honest I can't remember ever seeing a player that complained to that service ever getting a good outcome.

Please keep me informed. If you don't start receiving some money soon we will have to look at blacklisting these guys. This simply isn't good enough.

Hello ED,
Thank you for your reply. They aproved my third 2000 withdrawal ( william Harris)and JessicaRose sent me an email . Here it is, but to this date i have not received my first 1000 from Nov 9th and they are now owing me 7000.

Dear Maria,

I apologise I misunderstood your email. As we use a third processor they change the name that will show up on your bank account randomly so I am not sure. And as we use an outside processor it can take longer to receive your funds.

I do assure you, you will receive your winnings.

Kind regards

Jessica Rose
Withdrawal Department

I have heard they can take up to 2 months . I find this tottaly contradictory to their own Terms and Conditions. But since there is nothing else i can do , i just wait. Not even worth it asking them anymore.

Hi Lucky,

I just saw this thread for the first time and wanted to say congrats on the amazing jackpot - and I'm sorry it's turning into such a hassle getting it out. How disappointing that must be....and so frustrating to have few options other than the wait and see approach. I wish you the best with this and will stay tuned.

Lucky1 is actually in Portugal which makes this case all the more silly. She is being subjected to the convoluted U.S. withdrawal procedures even though there is no need for it.

Chelsea, I know , it takes away from the Euphoria i felt when i won. Now i know why the guy from the casino that congratulated me said "now the wait" .I had no idea what he meant at the time. Now i do!!!!

Ed, you have been my savior for listening to me and trying to help ! Yes, i think they don't care where you are , if they want to pay in a timely manner there are many choices , even Western Union, i have offered that they take any fees from my winnings for whatever method they need to use, but still waiting!!

Just an Update!!!! I spoke with a Rushmore VIP manager and he explained to me the situation. It seems they truly are having a processor issue but hope to resolve soon. He also pointed out that they are working on having a rep at forums!!
They are aware of players being angry and assure me that everyone does get paid and that they agree the delay is more than what they hoped for!!!!

I have been reading casino reviews and how fast the casinos pay. Because of the slow pay issues that you have written about, I have decided not to deposit Rushmore for now. I even got a call from them shortly after I signed up to give me extra cash if I sent in forms within two weeks. I'm not in any hurry now. I will be waiting to see if you get your money. I have a feeling that you will, it will just be very slow.

I have a sister, brother and daughter who I've told about the online casinos. I will make sure to tell them about Rushmore and not to deposit there until you get your money!

Yay! So glad I dropped into this thread to read the GOOD NEWS, Lucky1! 🙂 I am beyond happy for you!!! What a Happy New Year "gift" to you (but you earned it, lol!). I was ready to do all the boycotting right with you, because there is no excuse. And I also thought that, only in the U.S., where I am, would these problems arise with formerly "reputable" casinos. Spend wisely, but have some fun, too! That would be such a dream come true for me and my family right now, but I can, at least, be happy for others.

Happy New Year! 🙂

Not so fast LuckyMe. They have only paid the first payment in a 19-instalment process! I believe Lucky1 has received either $1000 or $2000 out of a total of $38,000.

I would not deposit there until we see that this whole situation is completely resolved and all players are being paid promptly once again.
