Casino Moons Didn't Pay Me - $500 Owed

I have been waiting weeks for casino moons to pay me. I have sent them all the required documents, which they confirmed were good. I met all the requirements as well (3 deposits, max $500 cash out for new players, etc.) but all I've gotten is the runaround from them. They declined my cash out request 2x, but now they say I did meet all the requirements, but it has been "pending" even tho it should be approved by now.

I wish that I had read reviews about them before I gave them my money, but I will definitely do that in the future. To all potential players, be warned!! Don't give your money to casinomoons.com

If anyone can help me to collect my winnings, that would be SO appreciated.

HI cagedtiger, we used to have a contact with these guys but sadly they stopped responding to us, probably after they realised they paying off a couple of players wasn't going to be enough to get them off our blacklist.

Over the past few weeks, all the TopGame casinos have been subjected to a DDOS (distributed denial of service) attack that has intermittently prevented people from being able to play there. TopGame has claimed another casino operator (owners of WinPalace, Slots Jungle etc) is responsible and it looks like they have done the same thing back to them. Regardless of who is in the right or wrong, these people are completely unprofessional and unreliable.

There is a chance that they may have been preoccupied in dealing with that, and they may get back to slow paying players every month or so soon. Apart from that I can only really advise you to stay away from them in the future.

Thank you for responding to me. Wow, they really suck! It goes to show just how important it is to read reviews and only play at recommended casinos. I'll be checking this site whenever I go to a new casino from now on!

As an update, I did finally have my withdrawal request approved, but haven't received any payment. They say that will take another two weeks to deposit to my account. I told them that I was going to warn other players about the torture that they put people through to cash out. They threatened me that they would consider me a "Security Threat" and send my account to their security department if I mentioned warning other players again. Wow, they're really nuts! I will update everyone if I ever get my 500$.

Oh, wow! I would not say anything else until (if and when) you receive your money if they are that touchy. A security threat? Unreal. Let us know what happen, okay? Good luck! Smile

Lucky Me, also check out CLs great casino reviews and review the blacklist for where to stay away from. There are many good reviews in the "All Casino Reviews" under "Casinos" at the top and they are in alphabetical order. Skip the ones that do not have the US flag next to them. Our options are few, due to our "silly" laws regarding online gambling. There are still a few options for us, as you will see.

This is THE BEST place to find out if a casino is safe or not or to iron out issues that anyone may have with a specific casino.

I'm new too, but I've learned a lot quickly (the hard way!!). I'm also not playing anywhere without checking out this site first. This kind of business is full of crooks and scams that can take the fun out of casinos. Lots of them are reliable tho, just have to go by reviews to find out which ones.

Ha! You're so right! I'll let you know the outcome tho, according to their "2 weeks", I should be paid by the end of this week.
Fingers crossed (since October lol)

UPDATE! I did finally get paid. I can hardly believe it. I still would not recommend this casino to anyone, they tortured me when I tried cashing out. Declined a couple of times, had many excuses and stalled for 3 months. Play elsewhere, avoid Casino Moons!

I'm happy that I actually got my money tho Smile

Holy slow payments Batman. 3 months to pay $500 is simply incredible. Glad to hear that you received it in the end, but I am even gladder that you have decided not to go back!

I know... unreal. I've only played at casinos recommended here ever since that experience. No more random places or following spam emails!!
