Help with Diamond VIP Club payment?

22 replies • Last post

Hi all, I'v been waiting since Aug. 18 for a payout of $1000.00 from Diamond VIP Club. I'v emailed them five times and got two answers. The first one was that they received all my documents and I would be notified by email as soon as my withdrawal was processed. This was dated Aug. 24th. The second one was dated Sept. 12th The withdrawal manager Oliver Perle told me that they were experiencing a back log of payments and I would be notified by email when my withdrawal was processed. A definitive date could not be given. I also have $990.00 coming from Plenty Jackpots for about three weeks now. Good luck on that one!

Hi there nobbytoo2002 and welcome to our forum.

DIamond VIP Club (or Diamond VIP Casino as they seem to have renamed themselves) is one of the casinos owned by the same people who own Rome Casino. They are all casinos that use software from a company called TopGame, and all of them are actually on our blacklist. You can read more about their history using that link, but the main reason is that they are, as you have discovered, extremely slow to pay winners (sometimes not paying at all).

Telling you that they have a "backlog of payments" just seems to indicate that either they have cashflow problems if they are telling the truth, or if not that it is a deliberate business policy (probably to encourage winners to reverse their withdrawals and lose the winnings). There isn't much you can do with these guys except be patient I am afraid. They do not respond to our attempts to speed up player payments any longer. A lot of players do in fact get paid eventually by these guys, but they are never quick. Make sure you do not reverse your withdrawal and if/when they pay you, I would not deposit my money again.

The news is even worse as far as Plenty Jackpots is concerned. These guys are part of the Curgam Malta Group, also on our blacklist. The people running this group of rogue casinos are outright scammers and have no intention of paying you. I am sorry to have to tell you that so bluntly, but if you ever receive that $990 it will be a miracle.

Scroll down to the bottom of this page or check out our homepage and take a look at some of the casinos we recommend, and make sure you check out our blacklist page before you try out a new casino in future. If you have any other questions just let me know and I'll do my best to help you out.

One more case which proves that players should investigate the casino background before they start playing there... There are so many resources nowadays, such as CAsino Listings and other forums, casino reviews, scam casino identifying websites... Sorry nobbytoo2002, but I just can not understand how can you trust your hard-earned money to a man you've just met? The same is for casinos....

Well, it's September 29, and i found out that I'm barred from Diamond VIP Club. I've been trying to get the $1000.00 they owe me. They told me I could no longer play there. I can tell you, that was not necessary. I didn't plan on ever playing there again.

Ha! Well spotted GambleMaster! How stupid are they?

We get a couple of emails every month from people working for Rome Casino (same owners) asking to be removed from our blacklist. There's not a chance in hell of that happening if this is how they do business.

Hm thanks Cl-Ed, it is almost incredible, quite hard to believe, the customer support contact e-mail is [email protected], only this evidence is enough to get an idea about their responsibility......

Have you tried calling that number? So sorry to hear that happened to you. Like GambleMaster pointed out, there are great resources out there these days, but I don't believe anyone has to go farther than right here. Try out some of the trusted casinos recommended right here and feel free to join us for some friendly chat.

I certainly wish you better luck in the future! 🙂

I also agree with "barba" and hope that karma comes back around on these thieves, someday. And the nerve to write and ask to be taken off the blacklist? Is this how they try to earn that privilege? Ha! 😢

Is Slotastic Casino A trusted Casino? Their bonus reads, enjoy an extra $100.00 every Wednesday on top of the 25% bonus on your first deposit. Well, I deposited $45.00 and only received $56.25. I called the casino and was told to play the $56.25 through, and then call back and they would credit my account with $100.00. Well, they refused to credit my account when I called back about two hours later saying that I got my 25% bonus and that was all I had coming. The conversation got a little heated and they closed my account. My advice, you guessed it, STEER CLEAR!!!

Hi nobbytoo2002, Slotastic are reasonably good. No major issues there.

Where did you find the bonus that reads "enjoy an extra $100.00 every Wednesday on top of the 25% bonus on your first deposit"? The only one I can see on their site is the regular 25% up to $100, which they gave you (25% of $45 is $11.25, making $56.25). I am astonished that the person on the phone told you they would credit you with $100 free after that. That sounds fishy to me.

It was on their site yesterday. Right above the one you mentioned. Most gamblers won't go for 25% because of the play through. So, they added a little incentive to it..

If it was there its gone now. Regardless of whether it was there or not, its not very nice of them to verbally offer something like that then refuse it later.

Is Crazy Luck Casino a safe place to play. I've been waiting for a $450.00 cash out for a week now and am wondering if I'm waiting in vain. Thanks for any feed back. nobbytoo2002

Welcome back to the site nobbytoo2002!

To answer your question: I myself had never heard of Crazy Luck Casino before you had mentioned it. When I started looking online, I found some information, although I am not too sure if it is accurate or not.

What I found was that they do not have the best reviews, and some people have claimed that they do not pay out winnings. Of course, you can't trust everything you read, as some really good casinos that have good reviews here have people saying they won't pay (many times that is because the player cheated or is being unreasonable and won't submit to identity verification).

How long have you played at this casino? Have you submitted your ID verification to the casino? What method did you try to get your money out with? Depending on what method you chose, sometimes it can take a long while before you get your money out.

If you can answer some of those questions, maybe someone here can help you a little better.

Once again, welcome back. I hope that you stay around a while and check out some of the good casinos that this place has. There are definitely good casinos to play at.

Barbadosslim93, hi and thank you for the feed back. I like to use wire transfer directly into my checking account. I, played Crazy Luck Casino twice. The first time I hit a few small ones but, they finally got my money. I hit a few good ones the second time and checked out while I was ahead with $450.00. You know, I tried all the casino here and haven't had any luck at all for four months. So, I don't know what the answer is. I hate going to real casinos because of all the smoke. I've hit some really big ones at the real casinos like $4500 once, $5000 twice, $6000 once and a monster $30,000 once. Add in all the smaller ones, and you can see why I'm so much hooked on slots. I guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens with Crazy Luck Casino.

Hi Nobby, I admit I had not heard of this casino before. So I did some research and I have to be truthful and say it does not sound good. The casino is what is known as a "white label" Rival casino which means it is most likely run by 1 or 2 people who share a cut of the profits with Rival (the company that makes the games). Experience has shown that most of these Rival white label casinos are poorly run and managed by people with little experience who don't know what they are doing.

My searches turned up loads of complaints about slow payment and non payment. I'll send them an email on your behalf and let you know if I get a response.

I think everyone who reads this should put Crazy Luck Casino down as another one of the many casinos we should steer clear of. Do what I intend to do from now on, and that is, to stick with the many good casinos that casinolistings.com checks out for us. It only makes good sense. Well, that said, have fun and good luck. You are correct in what you say! CL is the BEST site to help you determine where to deposit your hard earned money in the safest possible way. There are many reviews and you can always ask questions in the forums before depositing, too, just to be sure.

Good luck to you!

Yes sorry Nobby but they did not grace me with a reply. We are fairly cautious here and it takes a lot for us to recommend a new casino. I just don't see the point in taking a risk with unknown casinos with no proven history of being run properly.
