What is going on with Lucky Red Casino? (Two issues)

5 replies • Last post

Hi Everyone!

I am posting to see if I am the only one with the problem or if Lucky Red Casino is having the issues.

I have always been able to sign right in....until yesterday. The first few hours I tried to sign in yesterday, the first page would load, as if it was going to let me sign in, then a box would pop up that said, "Unable to communicate with casino. Please check your internet connection or try again later." I tried a few hours later and yesterday all was good.

Now today. This is happening again and I have been trying to sign in, on and off, while doing some other tasks on the computer, for about an hour and 20 minutes. I receive the same message. I also tried repairing through my control panel and that did not help.

If there are Lucky Red players, can you tell me if you are having this issue or if it is just me? I can load Manhattan Slots and sign in (but don't want to play there today!), so I don' t think it is my issue, but I want to double check with everyone here.

I am also most anxiously waiting to talk to someone on CHAT to see why my first withdrawal EVER requested was denied. That was the bad news I woke up to today. I am hoping it is only due to play through and no other issues, because I sent everything required and I have been a good and loyal customer there now! So, dying to find out the WHY but I can't cuz I can't sign in. Help!

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to post a quick "problem solved!" Well, not sure why I have had difficulty signing in, two days in a row, but after a few hours, I was finally able to sign in.

Spoke with someone through Chat and I asked them why my withdrawal was not honored.

Back up a bit and tell you that yesterday, I had the same issue, but the person on Chat told me it was because when I requested, my documentation had not been received but now it was, go ahead and ask for the withdrawal again and all is guaranteed to be good. I also KNOW It was received BEFORE I asked the second time, because I received an email confirmation.

So, imagine my surprise when my email came saying my withdrawal could not be processed. No reason why. Going on try three now. So....back to today. I asked and he said, well you have not reached your play through, you have a "bit more" to play through before we can honor the withdrawal.

I said: can you help me figure out or tell me how much more play-through I need, because I am not good at figuring that out (lol). He said, just one minute, comes back and says, Oh, wait! You DID meet your play-through. OOOOO.
KKKKKK. He then says the reason the withdrawal was not honored is your documentation had not been received BEFORE you requested the withdrawal? What? That is what I was told yesterday, and I when I asked the chat guy yesterday, "Are you SURE I can ask for withdrawal NOW?" He said YES. WILL BE FINE.

I then started to explain this to the chat guy today, thought better of it and just asked him are you SURE I met my play through and are you SURE everything is good now. Yes. Absolutely. Decided that instead of explaining my entire story (that you all get to listen to, lol!) to just let it go and thank him for his assistance.

So, even though all this was very confusing, I just was relieved that I HAD met my play-through and that there was not some other, larger issue, because we never know and I was already nervous making my FIRST withdrawal. The only difference will be a day or two to reach my bank, I guess. I just hope I don't wake up to a repeat of all this tomorrow or it will feel like Ground Hog day, lol.

I just wanted to update and make it clear that this is not a complaint, but just sharing my experience. Also was wondering about the technical issues with signing in two days in a row (forgot to ask the "chat guy).

So, just and update and FYI!

Have a wonderful week end, everyone, and win bucket loads of money!

Hope 🙂

Those sign in errors are almost always not your fault. Its easy to check - if you can surf the net and look at websites, but the casino server won't connect then the problem is almost certainly on their end.

Lucky Red and the others in the group are usually pretty good when it come to withdrawals. When you sign up they will usually contact you and ask for ID even before you make a withdrawal as it speeds the process later when you do, and I guess it helps them in their anti-fraud procedures too. Some people are bothered by being asked for ID so quickly after depositing but I figure its better to get it out of the way and there can be no confusion or delays at withdrawal time.

Let us know how long it takes for you to receive your money, as you're in the USA and its always a little tricker for you poor oppressed folk 😉

I trust Lucky Red, because of what I have read here. I did get a little worried about the play through, because I still have trouble understanding that, but I tried to be patient. Not sure why they were having tech issues, but the sign in has been better the past few days.

The withdrawal has now been approved, but it still hasn't hit my bank (just checked). They assure me that it is on it's way. I think they said around three days?

Thanks, CL-Ed! 🙂

i have been getting the same run around as you since dec25,2011. all of my verification documents were sent 3 times finally approved on dec 29,2011. I still do not have one penny of the 4500.00 owed to me. I call everyday and everyday i speak to a freindly staff member who gives me some lame duck excuse as to why i have not been paid or my withdrawl processed. Players beware before depositing money with this casino. I send money everyday ACH it takes 5 minutes these people are telling me that once if ever my withdrawl is processed it will take 5-7 days to hit my bank. Thats not how any ACH i have ever sent or received works. Maybe they are using some form of ACH the rest of the world hasnt heard about.

Hi abby, that last line is actually closer to the truth than you may think. It is very difficult for casinos to get money to players inside the USA due to the UIGEA regulations which attempt to block gambling related transfers. So they have to disguise the transactions as something else.

Can you send me a private message (link is just to the left of here under my forum details) with your username at Lucky Red and I'll contact them and find out what the problem is?
