As for Lucky 18 Casino, last I had heard that place shut down a few months ago. We even removed it from our blacklist because we thought it was out of business. But if you are able to play there now then it must have been resurrected. I can't help you with that one I am afraid - they don't respond to enquiries (we have tried in the past) and they have a long and ugly history of not paying players.
