Major disruption in Ireland and the UK over Covid Vaccine

10 replies • Last post

Hey all,

Messaging to urge people Not to take the AstraZeneca vaccine!!

My sister was administered the first dose 1 week ago, extremely ill for days with a temperature drop from 37 Celsius down to 31 in 24 hours after the vaccine was administered, now there are reports of people developing blood clots over that exact vaccine, this is coming from my family who are in the pharmacy and I urge people to wait until the clinical trials for that vaccine go further, Bío Tech and Moderna have been proven to work to a certain extent but as far as the pharmacists in this country and UK are convinced that the companies are falsifying the successful immunity rate and that the whole 89 and 90% immunity rate is not true and to be cautious, my vaccine was delayed today because that vaccine is now being recalled and not being administered to anyone because of the now serious effects that are starting to develop in those vaccinated with AstraZeneca.

I had to post this as its extremely dangerous if you have taken this vaccine be cautious and aware of your wellbeing for the following 14 days after administration, as these negative effects can begin within a number of hours.

Keep safe everyone!

I wonder if there's something to there possibly being a bad batch or something that went out there. I've been hearing there's the possibility of blood clots over that way, but I haven't heard of any real issues over here in the States.

Yeah the blood clot thing was in the news here, but apparently its a beat up. There were a few people who had the vaccine who had blood clots, but no more than would be expected normally without having the vaccine. And there is no evidence that the vaccine caused the blood clots. Good article here:

My close famly who is a pharmacist had this specific Vaccine, i do not trust media like the guardian simply because of pour quality journalism in the past, i would be happy to take my chances with the Biotec or Moderna and possibly the J&Js single dose vaccine once approved in Ireland

I don't get it when you say you "do not trust the media like the guardian". The guy who wrote that article is:

Quote:

David Spiegelhalter is chair of the Winton Centre for Risk and Evidence Communication at Cambridge

So he's an academic, Not a journalist, or a media employee, or an editorialist working for the Guardian. His article has been published there because presumably what he is saying is of enormous public interest. He backs it up with lots of referenced statistics and evidence. But still you don't trust what he is saying.

Quoted from the article:

Quote:

As Ireland's deputy chief medical officer, Ronan Glynn, has stressed, there is no proof that this vaccine causes blood clots.

Do you not trust him either?

This is yet another "vaccines cause autism" situation.

Well they can send it over here if they don't want it. Last week we had a shipment blocked in customs by Italy who said they needed it more so they wouldn't allow it to leave.

I got jabbed with the Moderna vaccine. Had to sit 15 minutes to make sure there weren't any reactions. I feel fine so far other than some slight burning where the injection was.

We are receiving some more of the Pfizer vaccines hopefully they keep coming and we get this planet as safe as possible, just to confirm, only 3 in every 100, 000 cases are getting severe negative effects, this is now generally expected since we all are the clinical trials, I do think as a high risk person with breathing conditions I do advise getting vacciene the immunity rate is so high in the elderly which is an amazing thing to protect the most vulnerable, I take back any word I have said negative about the AstraDerma vaccine, my sister is living proof now it works and she has 86% immunity until 2nd dose of the vaccine when it becomes avaialble again

Stay safe all! And please wear masks in crouded areas, way too many anti maskers and anti lockdown which is counterintuitive

I got the Pfizer vaccine. I feel great. All my acquaintances have been vaccinated with Pfizer, but they are also doing well. Therefore, I cannot assess how good other vaccines are.
