Bitcoin value change

16 replies • Last post

Hey, guys, did you notice the big drop like 20% in BitCoin Value?
Bitcoin was stable around $10,000 or so, but suddenly dropped for the last 2~3 days, wow.

What's going on??

I guess the only correct answer is that supply is exceeding demand. But that is not very helpful, I know. πŸ˜›

I don't think anybody knows for sure.

Yeah it seems like it's dropping to about 8k in the last days and probably would downfall even further (that's just a suggestion),but the rate has been up to 15k a month or so ago so as the guys mentioned above and I'm completely agree with them it's a usual fluctuation and probably no one could explained it completely.

Bad news for me, as I'm waiting for my payout right now πŸ˜’ must already have lost a solid amount

Hold onto to it until it gains value again. Bitcoin is so incredibly volatile you can assume it won't remain the same value for too long (good or bad).

Yeah I think that's a good advise Reckless, it would probably go up a least a bit in the next couple of weeks.

Value drop seems to be stopped and moving a bit upward again.
Do you think that it is a right time to buy BTC, anticipating it up to $10,000 soon again? πŸ™‚

I think investing in Bitcoin is a lot like gambling. Much more so than investing in stocks!

Yes I think it is mate, even if the rate goes down there's always a moment where it will goes up again, sometimes you might need to wait a few months for that to happen but from my observations usually there's always a huge increase every 3 months or so...saying that it might goes up 2k or more just in a week time.

Yeah, BTC went down to $3~4,000 early this year, as far as I remember, then, it bounced back to 10,000 again, now, it is $8,000 πŸ€‘πŸ€‘πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I think that it can go up to $10,000 quickly.

I think at the highest point it was over 15 000$ a few months back...in fact I'm sure in that cause I've sold part of my coins back thenπŸ˜‰

Oh my...

BTC value was staggering around $8,000 for a week or so, and now seems to be below $8,000.

It didn't drop much, still possibly bounce back above $8,000...
What do you think about it? πŸ™‚

Don't know if there's any value in that prediction but my feeling is that 8k would be the bottom for the btc rate in the upcoming weeks...I expect it just to grow from now on..but as I said that's just a feeling and don't based on any facts.

I agree with you there. I dont think there is really any strategic approach anyone can actually take when investing in any cryptocurrency. Other stocks, from my understanding is not nearly as volatile as BTC, nothing fluctuates as much as BTC.
My advice would be, that if you are wanting to invest and trade in the stock market, dont start with btc lol

If you're afraid of the fluctuation, when you receive the payout transfer into your cash wallet asap, or let it play on the exchange with a stop loss sell order. Just a thought.
