I recently took up getting some regular exercise at the gym, as I'm starting to get old (35 in a few months!), and I frankly am a tub that needs to lose about 40 pounds. I've been going to the gym for just about a week now (day on, day off, day on), and have been doing a lot of cardio on the treadmill and elliptical.

Do you guys exercise? I'm looking for tips on what I can do to make it less torturous to myself. I do about 45 minutes of cardio, and I usually listen to satellite radio on my phone or watch YouTube. This makes it more bearable, but not a bunch. Anything to make it better, other than me getting slightly healthier?

That seems to me to be a good idea Slim, what Kris suggested there...find another one somewhere in the neighborhood where you couldn't buy even a coffee inside..thare's a lot of these..well at least here,can't believe what these guys have being doing there just to make sure people coming back...or just for the buck anyway.

How are you doing with the exercising on a regular basis Slim?
You still hitting the gym, or have you found something different, a little more to your liking maybe?
