I think I went to Mad Max world today...

So today I had to go to do a drone job in a nearby city (not my hometown), and I thought it was going to be a mundane experience, with maybe 3 minutes of flying. I ended up pulling up and having an experience that made me think I was in post-apocalyptic times.

Pulling up onto the street, there were two police cars and an ambulance blocking the way. I waited for them to come up and give me the go-ahead to pull through and go to the house I needed. As I'm pulling away I hear the one cop say, "Yeah that was a weird one for sure."

A minute or two later I'm unpacking my gear and getting ready to go when I hear a couple screaming at each other. How loud was this screaming? The windows and door were closed at the house and I could hear them like they were outside. This was a completely different house than the one where the police were. The things said cannot be repeated for a CL audience, and they were REALLY intense.

So I go and get my flight done as fast as I can. I'm packing up and I hear MORE SCREAMING, but not from the couple. I look up and there's a woman walking down the street in pajama pants and t-shirt yelling at nobody in particular. She turns the corner and then the couple start screaming again. It was like surround sound but for screaming.

I ended up leaving, but it was such a bizarre experience that I thought I had to share it here. Have you ever had something crazy and random like that happen around you?
