Any changes to these blacklisted casinos?

18 replies • Last post

Hi. I signed on to this site to see if I could get any information on Prism Casino and on Slots of Vegas Casino. Unfortunately, they are both black listed. I have been waiting for payouts since the first of October. Has anyone else had dealings with them?

Hey Dplacey, and welcome to the site. Usually the casinos that have been blacklisted have shown repeated bad behavior when it comes to doing shady things. I have heard the SoV has very slow payout times, and that they can work to find ways to disqualify you from getting winnings with bad terms.

Have you heard anything back from them on your requests? If you can give us a bit more information, it would probably be a good start to trying to get you your winnings.

Thanks for getting back to me. It appears that a payout from SofV has been approved. Of course, I know from experience that it isn’t going to be here any time soon. It was approved on1/2.
The bigger problem is Prism. I have one from 10/1 and two from 11/2 that are still showing as pending. I have asked for wire transfer for the two on 11/2 and a check for 10/1.

Sadly those guys are among the worst. They have been ripping off people for well over 15 years now. The stalling is deliberate. They hope you will get frustrated and give up, or reverse your withdrawals and lose your winnings in the casino. Nothing much you can do except wait it out and see if they pay.

Thanks for the info, as sad and upsetting as it is 😢. I won’t make plans to spend it any time soon.... However, I can tell you that I won’t be wasting any more $$$$$ on a casino that doesn’t have the courtesy to pay when due!

I'm sorry we can't be of more help. These casinos and others belonging to the same ownership have been frustrating people for as long as this site as been running. They were originally set up and run by a conman and convicted fraudster who left the United States after being released from federal prison and ended up starting his little casino empire. They claim he is no longer involved but we don't believe that for a minute, and regardless of whether he is or not, they are still being run the same way.

Thank you CL. So sad because they draw you in with the low playthrough. Guess the wise players know not to fall for it. if it seems too good to be true..........

Don't be hard on yourself, I bet most of the wise players even had to learn a tough lesson or two in their past. I know I've had a few tough ones to go through myself.

This is true. I also had some bad experience with two rogue casinos. And actually, because of that bad experience, I happened to find CasinoListings some years ago.

New players can get into a rogue casino, and lose money to them, but in this case, you would better move on to other good casinos, hoping that the loss were not too big for the unlucky player.

Does RTG's "Central Dispute System" or whatever it's called do anything in situations like this? I find it perpetually amazing that RTG lets their name get dragged through the mud by these fraudulent operations by continuing to let them license their games.

Nope, not in my experience. Its a faux mediator set up by RTG that pretends to solve disputes. But I don't think I have ever come across anyone who has been successfully helped by them.

Probably, the CDS is mentioned in all RTG casinos, good or bad.
So, those good who are only showing CDS are also hypocritical with it.

They would be better certified by reputable institutions.

Thanks for getting back to me. I still have not received any of my payout from a Prism. I have sent in my personal information again, per their request because they said what was on file was more than a year old. I’ve sent wire transfer information twice. Every so often I will “chat” with a representative and will be given a contact in the finance office to send an email to. I’ll send an email then never hear a word.

So you have been waiting for almost a year for payment. Even by that group of crooks standards that is fairly odd. Usually by this time they would have come up with an excuse not to pay and to have your account shut down and money confiscated. What a disgrace.

The trouble you have now is that it has been so long since you deposited at their casino you can no longer file a chargeback claim with your credit card company to at least reclaim your deposits. No doubt all part of their plan.

And here we are, 2020 and still no payments from Prism. If I go in and look at my “Withdrawals” it shows both of then still in pending status. When live chat the poor rep. Always checks the account and says they will ask for it to be expedited. They don’t realize that I’m not going to give up! It’s a matter of pride for me now. My husband died in July of last year and I’m determined to show him that I’ll see this through to the end! I’m sure he is looking down on me and cheering me on!

If there's nothing left to influence their decision I would guess it's not worth waiting. It's great you still have hope, though. I've been to similar situations a couple of times and it just spoils days and weeks and months. Eventually I just decided it's not worth thinking about it. Thought of it as not "giving up" but kind of "letting it go")

I think most of us who play online have had some experience with rogue casinos. For example I had one too with a RTG casino. I won with a free chip, followed all the terms and conditions and made a minimum deposit that was required. They were trying to find ways to stall it but my best friend actually took it over from me, called them and I guess made them feel intimidated and I got my win. However a few weeks later they closed down so it was very lucky. It's a tough lesson we all go through but it definitely teaches you to second guess casinos that might seem even slightly shady.
