Skrill cannot be used

Hi friend, I have a problem with my skill account, Counted 24 hours from now can not be used to deposit to any site and can not be used to withdrawal to bank account.

today I tried several times the deposit and just see the message

I really panic at this time, before it my account have fully verified and no limit. I also send some email to support 24 hour ago, but not have any replay until this time.

Oh, this is a very strange situation with the verified accout.

I think that you have been using Skrill for some years and you made the bank withdrawals too...

Did they give you any particular reason for account to be restricted?

Not had such problem till now but I'm afraid their support is usually tough to contact with and slow to respond...so yeah you just have to wait for their answer I guess, can't think of anything else you can do right now, hopefully your account will be OK in the end.

yeah I use skrill for long time, and I dont know about they restricted my account. I am very dissapointed that I always use their services but accept problems like this. I think there's no reason to suspend my account, because I only Use skrill for deposit and withdrawal at online casino and bank account. Cry

I have receive email from their CS abount my account. Today I tried to contact them on the phone number and they asked me to wait for an answer in the email. But there are 3 answers and the contents are different. probably because I sent 3 emails to help@skrill.com

In two of the responses they mentioned some technical issues, so maybe that's the real problem and probably in that case you shouldn't be worry and just await patiently for another mail is my advice, probably they would restore all functions of your account I suppose.

Yes, at least I have got the answer for my case, it made me relieved. yesterday I was very worried and hard to sleep cause imagine it. Thank you for your advice Smile

Skrill Support used to be very slow and bad around 2~3 years ago.
But, these days, I think that they respond quickly.

And how is it going with you ? Any good news yet ?

I have receive email from CS skrill.

In my experience Skrill has the worst customer support of any company I have ever had to deal with, anywhere, ever!

Yes they are really slow to reply email, I call them 4x in the case, I think it makes them faster.

Yes they are all part of the same company which I think is called the Paysafe Group. As of last month they no longer allow Australians to use their accounts for gambling related transactions, so that is why you are probably struggling to either deposit or withdraw via them. Some payments do get through (I'm guessing because Skrill or Neteller doesn't know the nature of the transaction) but I can't see that lasting for long.

Hello bossulo !I also have two systems of electronic wallets Netteler and Skrill now. When I was opening an account in skrill I had such terrible problems, I could not verify my account.This lasted a day. I created an account in skrill after all and I use Skrill more then Neteller now . And it happened to me in the same time as your crash!I looked at the date of your first post! I really understand and sympathize with you!

It seems the longer the worse, I use the services of neteller and skrill for a long time, but now I just use Skrill only since neteller disables the net+ from my country. I do not find the withdrawal option to my bank account, just sell it to other users. They become useless anymore.

Couldn't agree with you more there , Im used to crappy service and support because of living in South Africa but the Paysafe group most certainly take the cake

OOOO. I am 80% of my life in South Africa and 20% in the Netherlands. Scrill did not fail, but I'll be more careful. I did not have any failures and I hope will be not, but I will keep it in mind! Smile

Adding an FYI regarding Skrill and Neteller for South Africa - I am unable to use my Neteller card to withdraw (this did however come into effect last year already)
But...latest on Skrill and Neteller, I am unable to deposit using my Mastercard, I can only deposit using my Visa card. Mastercard has been banned.
Just FYI information ....
Sad but true...not sure what else is coming next with these two

Even Ecopayz has been quite crappy , they recently put a temp hold on my account for close on three weeks for no real reason , it was very frustrating because I had funds in that I wanted to withdraw and couldn't , support was just as useless Skrill in their response time to my queries on the status of the account

I also unable to deposit using mastercard from 31 jan 2018. I tried deposit using bitcoin with a large fee and other charges from the wallet that I use. I am applying for an visa electron at my bank.
There are no other options for deposit and withdrawal on some of my favorite casinos without skrill and neteller. Some sites requested an IBAN when I tried withdrawal to bank account, and my country does not have an IBAN. just swift code. this is my problem

Yeah the bitcoin transactions have been quite huge in fees lately and not only those to Skrill though but in general.
I can't believe there isn't one good enough e-wallet for gamblers these days with decent fees and professional support, it's literally ridiculous when the punters from all around the globe need it this.

Skrill stopped allowing people to deposit using Mastercard. And I tried to deposit yesterday at Igame casino and my card got denied.
