Ok can someone tell me if this very new casino who spammed me is legit ? , or just another Rogue one?
I'm normally of the belief that if a person or business that I have never heard of or dealt with before spams me, then they are forever disqualified from earning my business.
Having said that, a lot of online gambling spam (in fact probably most of it) does not come from the operators themselves. Rather it is sent by spammers with affiliate accounts who are trying to make money by referring players to the casino or bingo room. That said, the casinos themselves need to accept at least some of the responsibility for this sort of thing because if they didn't pay the spammers they wouldn't send the spam.
Anyway back to Vics Bingo. From what I can tell they are associated with the Winward Hall group. They run a bunch of ordinary TopGame casinos, all of which are on our blacklist. To be fair it is not for outright ripping people off, but rather having some of the most ridiculous terms and conditions that we have ever seen that make it incredibly slow and difficult to ever withdraw from their casinos. There is more info about one of their casinos here:
