It just that I requested for withdrwal though they declined due to redeemed bonus consecutively. But i read their terms it wasnt indicated there. And this is the first time I requested for withdrawal. I just want to clear these things up. Smile

No, its just that some casinos don't allow payers to claim multiple free chips in a row without depositing in between. It would be very weird if they objected to you claiming two deposit bonuses in a row though. I found this in the casino's terms:

Quote:

Please note that members who have not made at least one deposit at the casino can only claim free money offer once, including but not limited to: welcome bonus, no deposit bonus, birthday bonus, and freespins. Any winnings from additional free money will be void.

Customers whose last deposit is older than three months and claim a free bonus, are not entitled to a withdrawal.

I don't see why they can't program their systems to stop you from claiming a bonus if you don't meet the criteria. It should be pretty easy - when you enter the bonus code, they check to see if you have deposited within the last 3 months. If not, show a message saying sorry you aren't entitled to this bonus. Simple.

My point exactly. If im not eligible at least they should not allow codes on my account so no time and effort to be wasted. At first I ask the agent if I could request for withdrwal and the agent said yes and I shall submit docs for verification of account. Then right after my docs has been verified a day after they declined my request for that reason. Not mad or anything just dissapointed somehow knowing it has a good reputation on casino industry. :| By the way really thanks Cl -El for answering my queries. Smile
