Otis is a ONE YEAR CANCER SURVIVOR This Month!

6 replies • Last post

For all my family and I are going through right now (it's just been a shitty few months), I can't believe what we were going through just one year ago this month. And you were all right there with me.

Otis, the amazing (bad ass, lol) dachshund is now a ONE YEAR CANCER SURVIVOR. I am STILL paying back for the surgery, friends, but it was definitely worth it.

Thank you for all your support during that time, and always, for Otis.

We are celebrating Otis' LIFE! Smile

Good man Otis. To celebrate, go out and find some fine female dog butt to sniff.

Good to hear he is still around, Hope!

LMAO! Well he does go out every morning and check his pee mail. But his favorite girl (shitzu sp?) moved out of the building. He is still a ladies man, though, lol.

Thanks, 'Slim and LuckyMe! Smile

Yeah, he has you wrapped around his paw, doesn't he? Understandably so though. I love him too.

Oh, yes. Last night I had him out, and every time someone walked by he thought they were coming to see him. lol And most of the time they did stop and fuss over him. I told him he is "the star of the show." lol He had a great day yesterday, because all three of my sons were here, and he had an extra walk. Thanks, LuckyMe Smile

He knows he is supposed to be petted by everyone. I see many dogs like Otis at garage sales who expect to be petted and I always do pet them.
