I remember the best exit I have ever seen was my friend, who actually came to my defense and got suspended for a season.

I was skating with a puck in the beer league game and someone came from behind and literally swung their stick like a baseball bat and hit me square across the back, hitting my kidneys. Seeing as it was beer league roller hockey, we didn't wear any shoulder pads, and my back ended up taking the swing full force. I immediately collapsed due to the pain, and as I started slowly getting my senses back, I see my friend skating in full speed from center ice and absolutely slamming the guy who hit me into the boards from behind.

Obviously he got kicked out for that, but it is what happened afterward that made it epic. After he got ejected he told the referee to F off, which got him "One game". He then told him to S his D, "Two games", Eat S "Three Games", Your mother is a W "You're done for the year!"

Pretty funny stuff.
