Swagbucks Strategies

10 replies • Last post

Anyone here an expert on how to get more points with Swagbucks? I joined this Oct.and need your help. 🙂 Please share it here.. 🤓 😀 😂

I just searched today with these words: Living Las Vegas (not Leaving Las Vegas, the movie) and it gave me 39 Swagbucks! 😲 😉

Also I check this web site everyday for Swag Codes: http://sbcodez.com/

I already donated most of my swagbucks to charities. I'm waiting for my earned points from Petco using the Shop & Earn. Of course, I'm into Swagstakes as my guilty pleasure! 😜 😂

I think LuckyMe does Swagbucks. I joined, but I always forget about it.

I have a friend who is earning pretty good money on Amazon Mechanical Turk. I just don't have the time (or patience, some days) to earn a lot, but she actually got a work from home job through working with one of their clients, so she is happy. Guaranteed hours from home. Not the best pay, but hey, it is better than nothing.

I am a swagbucks guy myself. I have gotten over $400 in Amazon gift cards since I joined in 2009. Most of those are from 2009 and 2012, as I stopped using it much in between, so you can definitely rack up points fast.

My tips:

Search until you get points for a search. Search the first thing that comes into your mind and keep going until you are awarded. After getting some points, stop searching for about 12 hours. You likely will not get any more points for searching during that time period.

Take advantage of special offers. I wanted to try Netflix back in 2009. I signed up for the 30 days free through Swagbucks, and they gave me 450 points (good enough for $5 through Amazon). After the 30 days, I cancelled and was never charged, but did get the $5 card.

Same goes for any of the free trials. Sign up and wait for your points to be awarded, then IMMEDIATELY cancel. Sometimes it is as easy as clicking a button, sometimes you need to call a number and speak to a guy from India. But it does work, and you will get your swagbucks.

If you are unsure about using your personal debit card, you can always get one of those prepaid ones like we talk about for the online casinos. As long as it is in your name, it will work, and you won't have to worry about someone hacking the card.

Those are my tips. Hope they help!

I think I am supposed to do Swagbucks, because another site I go on had a reminder about Swag Bucks, too, and a woman said she earned 65 dollars in Amazon just for searching. I always forget about it. She said there is some kind of tool bar you can download so your searched can get points, but I never used that. I will have to sign into my account and see where I am at and start doing searched again.

Thanks for the tips, Slilm and Ubetcha! 🙂

wowza Slim.. that's awesome! Your tips make sense and I really appreciate this.. I gotta try it!

There's also a site link from my Swagbucks about winning gift cards at up to 95% off by using the gift card reward points with NO RISK.. very interesting! You maybe familiar with it: youneverlose.com?

Of course, we won't forget this wonderful Casino Listings 😇 that keep us together while earning points and spend it at the CL store too!

I am so thankful for the time and effort to the management and staffs at Casino Listings. 🙂 🌹

I don't have near enough for a 5 dollar gift card, lol. Under 200 points. I will have to search more often. I did get a few points for searching yesterday. The woman who posted on the other board said all she does is use the toolbar to search and she already earned enough for quite a bit in Amazon.

I got many Amazon cards from Swagbucks. They have tips on Twitter, and Facebook I think. They ask questions, you answer them and get extra swagbucks. Friday is Super Swagbucks or something like that when they give you more Swagbucks. I just normally search for stuff, when I get Swagbucks I quit searching

I was locked out of my account a few months ago though. I could not remember my password. They sent me an email with some questions to answer. I could not answer them so my account is in never never land.

@ LuckyMe, that's awful to get lock out.. I wish they have a live chat that they could verify your username and IP address.

That is too bad! 😢 I know you were active on there, at least remembering to search, for quite a while. I still have not earned one card. lol

Have you heard of this search toolbar that person on the other site I am on posted about? She said that is all she does is use that toolbar to search, and that is all she does for points.

I used to answer the daily poll. Only one point, but it only takes a second. I have to get back there more often.

Another site I enjoy is Paperback Swap. I have a wishlist up there, and when my book comes in, I can have the book sent to me. I have only about ten books listed on there, but you get one point every time you send a book, and it is only one point to order one from another member. You pay shipping (media mail) when you send. You can then re-list a book you have received when you are done with it, if you don't choose to keep the book.

The other site I like is Listia, which I am sure I posted about in the favorite websites thread. 🙂

I never did the toolbar, just because I don't want a lot of stuff on my computer. I just used Swagbucks instead of Google. The swagbucks add up fast. ALso, if someone signs up under you, then you get the same amount of swagbucks (if I remember correctly) that the person signing up under you gets for so many months or something like that. If you have ten people signed up under you think how fast you would get Amazon cards.
