OMGosh, I ADORE Alan Watts! I am actually reading his book right now. It was written in 1951, and it is still going strong.

Middle son loaned it to me. It is called, "The Wisdom of Insecurity: A Message for an Age of Anxiety."

Alan W. Watts was a GENIUS!

How true that we are all stuck in this same pattern. Teaching our children the "value" of hard work.I love how he says,
"it is all wretch and no vomit." We teach the values to work hard no matter what we do, instead of find what you LOVe and do THAT.

I find this "nonsense" hysterically funny for whatever reason, lol. I have heard everything from one recording the other ramble this off when he was drunk to one hiding in the closet while on LSD recording himself to (what I hear is the TRUE story) the guy changing channels and repeating blips he heard on different channels. However it was made, it turned out to be random, but yes, funny.
