Ugh, I had to spend my Fourth of July holiday being sick as a dog. I don't know if I ate something bad, but dude... I WAS SICK!
Today I feel ok, a little creaky, but that is because I am getting old (its my birthday tomorrow). Here's hoping I am feeling 100% so I can eat a good sushi dinner tomorrow night! 😂

At first when I read, "summer sickness," I was thinking of the heat wave that is going across most of our country. We have been under heat advisory for at least a week now, and they just extended it by one more day.
