Bah! My Wife's Car Just Broke!

3 replies • Last post

We were driving down the road today when my wife's car went to hell. The front blower went out and several of the fuses also shut down for some reason!

I got the fuses replaced, but the blower is still out... $200 bucks to fix it. LAME!

I hope its not some electrical problem with my wife's car. This could keep happening!

Ugh! Car problems. How many times I have wanted to go back to horse and buggy days! 😢 I really can empathize with this one. I always say if (and when, lol) I win the lottery, I will buy my sons and myself a RELIABLE vehicle. Much is to be said for having a reliable vehicle that is gentle on gas. I hope it is not more than 200.00. I guess if you can keep it down to 200.00 it could always be worse, but it is NEVER any fun! So sorry this happened. 😢

It seems once cars get a certain age everything goes wrong a little at a time. Our headlight went out last week. You would think it would be simple to change it, except the wires to it were burnt. Now we have to get a friend to fix it.

I pray that your situation is a simple fix Slim and easy on the wallet.

Mo car mo problems!

We just got our car back after a few weeks in the shop because some idiot in a rental truck crashed into it while it was parked. And it still isn't fixed because they needed a part from Toyota in Japan. So I am going to have to take it back whenever the part comes in. So far it has cost us over $500 in rental car fees because we needed a car while it was getting fixed. We're trying to claim the money back off the rental company though... what a hassle!
