Ouch! I would be ticked if someone did that to me. I hope that she loses all that money that she "won".

Well, now I am wondering about this one.

I told my oldest son it is the employees faults, too, if they did not demand copies of those numbers. I was also criticizing HER for not doing so. According to what I heard on the radio yesterday, SHE DID provide numbers to them all, and the winning numbers WERE from her personal ticket. She also says the cameras can prove this.

Now, to me, at least, if I bought a pooled ticket, then bought a couple for myself, I would certainly count those as seperate. Yet many people who have heard the above scenario STILL believe she should share her winnings with the pool. I don't understand that. Why? If there is a clear seperation between the two, I believe she owes them NOTHING (and some people are even saying even if there is she should still give them all money, but technically: WHY? I really do not understand), and if she is just spinning a tale, then I believe she does. Yeah, if it is her personal ticket it would be a very kind and generous thing for her to do to pay her coworkers, but what I do not understand, is why do people believe she is obligated to do so? (IF the most recent story I heard IS true?).

However, the latest news I heard (and who knows what is true or not true?) casts this in an entirely different light).

Her story sounds extremely dubious to me. If you were buying your own tickets along with the pooled ones (and you weren't an idiot), wouldn't you make sure that everyone knew and take steps to separate them and not leave yourself open to this sort of thing? Unless she decides to share it now, this will go to court for sure. There will be lawyers circling those workers like sharks telling them all "no win, no fee".

No, it doesn't sound right, but I am just saying IF they all had copies and if it could be proven it is a separate ticket (personal) then I don't see where the fuss is or the obligation for her to share. However, the way she is acting makes me wonder if she is guilty. I know we haven't heard the last of this big mess. lol

I just read today that she hasn't even produced the winning ticket yet and now she's saying she might have lost it. Regardless of whether she is telling the truth, she sounds like a certified clown.

I read that she "misplaced" the ticket, too. I agree with the "certified clown." lol
