What was the last GAME! :)

48 replies • Last post

Answer the question and ask a "what was the last" question for the next person.

For ex: game you played, song you heard, words you spoke outloud, etc.

To start it off:

What was the last meal you ate?

Pizza, and it wasn't very good either. I threw it out for the birds.

I miss Kings Island. Didn't someone buy it though?

The last good deed I did was give someone my cart that had a quarter in it. The lady kept insisting she wanted to pay me. I told her it was "my good deed for the day". Good deeds don't have to be big to make a difference to someone.

I was hoping that it would catch on at my Aldis. We do that every time we go. It's fun to see who gets the cart, if we happen to see. Sometimes we will leave them out in the lot, because people know that is a free cart. It's funny. My logic is if someone is having a crappy day, finding a cart with a quarter in it might just make them think they are lucky, and give them a better outlook even if it's for a short time. 🙂

I did find a cart at that Aldis once with a quarter in it. lol

Haha, I forget to take my bags, then buy more. Kroger always did have good meat. I miss some of the brands I was used to in Ohio. When we first moved to Chicagoland I was surprised at how must stuff costs, especially meat and produce. I enjoy going back to Ohio, because most of the time gas is 50 cents cheaper.

You do have to watch certain things at Aldi, just like with any other store. They do have good deals on Talopia (sp?) and I have gotten pork chops there for reasonable prices in the summer. Just like any other place, you have to compare. But their snack foods and cereals are usually very reasonable.

Anyone have another question?

Funny, because oldest son and I watched the first episode the other night. I love Kevin Spacey and a few other actors in the show. I bet it gets better as it goes along. IMDB gives it a very generous 9/10 rating, and as we know, they are stingy with their ratings.

Something about a ghost story he is watching, lol!

I made split pea soup too from a bag. It turned out to be just like mush. We couldn't eat it, because it was too gross.

The last photo I took was of something I'm selling.

I usually make really good split pea soup. Most of my soups end up like dinner soups, very thick, because I pack them full of everything. lol

What was the item you took a photo of?

What was the last excuse I made not to date someone you mean?

Hmmmmm.....I think I just said "I am not really dating right now" and left it at that. lol

What was the last....................time you said "I love you" to someone?

This morning before my honey went to work. He goes up early around 4:30 AM while I'm half awaken. It's always our ritual, kind of saying I love you with a sweet kiss! 😍

What was the last time you forgave the one you love or not love at all..?

Might be worth it IF the meat was truly high quality, right? That is too bad.

Do you have another "when was the last" question to leave? 🙂
