Be Careful What you Wish for Game

Hi Everyone!

I hope you all like these fun, forum games as much as I do, and that is okay that I post a few, now and then. Gives us more topics to choose from, and I think this one is fun and you get to be creative and use your imaginations! πŸ™‚

This can be a really fun (and funny) game!

The Rules are Simple:

1. The first person posts a wish.

2. The second poster grants the first wish, but with a twist so the granted wish is rendered useless (or difficult). After you grant a wish, PLEASE REMEMBER to post YOUR wish!

Here are three examples:
Poster #1: I wish I had a million dollars.

Poster #2: Granted, but you get it in pennies.

Poster #1: I wish I could end world hunger.

Poster #2: Granted, but only if you starve to death.

Here is one some can relate to, unfortunately:

Poster #1: I wish to win a giant jackpot.

Poster #2: Granted, but they pay out one dollar per week. (lol)

Get the idea? Good! Then I will make the first wish. πŸ™‚

I wish I were twenty years younger!

And, btw, LuckyMe, your next wish is over in the "What is It? thread if you are looking for it, lol! (Have to tease you a little!). 😜

I have NO idea how it got there except that after I left, I remembered I didn't make a wish. I think I want jewelry so bad that I wished for it twice.

My wish is to receive jewelry everyday for a year.

You receive jewelry every day for a year, but it is made by Kindergarten children all over the U.S. and it consist of pasta and fruit loops strung together with yarn. (trying not to laugh here, lol!)

I wish to live in Florida in the winter (to be a "snowbird")

Oh crap. At first I thought, well that is sweet because home made gifts are nice but froot loops? 🀐 Yuk I can feel those crumby (said with pun intended) things around my neck right now. Get it off! 😠 😳

Your wish is granted but each day you have to teach 100 children how to make jewelry made out of fruit loops and very sticky paste that won't wash off for a day. πŸ™‚

LOL! That is just too mean, because the humidity in Florida would make that a messy, sticky job. I will have to bring them to the beach to teach them how to make the jewelry, lol.

Next wish? πŸ˜‰

Let's see if I can do this one right. I wish to have a very good cook prepare my meals whenever I choose, who is fun to be around, has meticulous habits and doesn't bother me in any way and is very reliable. πŸ™‚ I think I pretty much have this wish covered and also the cook is bound to live a long life. Now see how you can screw it up. πŸ™‚

Here is what I wish - I wish I had limiltess vouchers of every Christmas store that's around!

You receive limitless vouchers, but every time you place an order the store goes out of business and cannot complete your order (so sorry! lol).

I wish I could afford botox and restilan (sp?). Not a lot. Just a little, lol. πŸ˜‰

Wish granted, and now you look just like Jocelyne Wildenstein aka the Cat Woman or the Bride of Wildenstein!

I wish my kids would eat their vegetables!

Scary! I feel kind of bad for that woman.

Wish granted but after kids eat their vegetables and you are putting them to bed their vegetables get puked all over you.

I wish for clear blue skies.

"Someone" does, but they are thieves, so they move YOU but they keep all your possessions and escape across the border so you have to start all over. (Gosh, I am mean, lol).

I wish someone would come over and take the rest of my Christmas decorations down!

You are funny hope. That did happen to my grandma once. She was moving over one street. She had items marked as antiques. She never saw them again. She trusted the movers.

I will grant your wish BUT the person taking down your Christmas decorations is high and decides to decorate the cars in the parking lot with your items.

Granted. All your possessions are packed up and you are moved to the other side of the country. Unfortunately the removalists left all your possessions behind and you're stranded with nothing.

I wish I could think of something to wish for... hmm I'm hopeless at this because I can never think of something.

Aha. I wish people wouldn't knock on my door and attempt to convert me to their religion! (I was just interrupted as I was typing this)

LOL, I think we posted at the same time. Is that what that means? lol I will grant your wish!

The religious people stop knocking at your door, but they are replaced by crackheads that think you are the local crack dealer, because they read the address wrong, and they knock at all hours of the day and especially night! haha! πŸ˜‰

I sometimes have trouble wishing for items too. I hate it when people from the church knock on the door. If I want to go to church I would already be there.

I will grant your wish Cled (πŸ˜€ but the same people have your cell phone number and call you mainly at night when you are sleeping.

"I wish for no more mosquitos or ticks or flys to ever be around me."

The mosquitoes, ticks, and flies all go away, but the wasps and honey bees fall in love with you and swarm around you every day. :'(

I wish that my building had an elevator, so I wouldn't have to walk up and down three flights of stairs every day, with packages, groceries, and to let the dog out.

Funny Hope. πŸ™‚ I grant your wish but there are always so many people on the elevator you have to wait for an hour to get on....you give up and take the stairs.

Oh, did you really say that? lol!

Someone comes over to help you dye your hair, but their favorite color is purple on one side and rainbow stripes on the other AND she wants you to pay her for making you so beautiful! πŸ˜€

I wish vegetables were BAD for me and everything and anything sweet, (like chocolate, cheesecake, and I could go on and on) was GOOD for me with NO ill effects!

I love the color purple but not on my hair. Pay shmay. lol

I can't really find anything wrong with your wish about sweets. I want that wish too.

I will grant your wish however after a few month you just get bored with sweets and really want to eat vegetables again.

Spring already came early and it rained, remember? lol!

Okay. I'll play. πŸ˜‰

Spring comes early, but just for ONE day in February, and the ground hog sees his shadow during that day and decides there will be no early spring.

I wish I had a chocolate fountain in my kitchen. πŸ™‚
