Be Careful What you Wish for Game

195 replies • Last post

Hi Everyone!

I hope you all like these fun, forum games as much as I do, and that is okay that I post a few, now and then. Gives us more topics to choose from, and I think this one is fun and you get to be creative and use your imaginations! πŸ™‚

This can be a really fun (and funny) game!

The Rules are Simple:

1. The first person posts a wish.

2. The second poster grants the first wish, but with a twist so the granted wish is rendered useless (or difficult). After you grant a wish, PLEASE REMEMBER to post YOUR wish!

Here are three examples:
Poster #1: I wish I had a million dollars.

Poster #2: Granted, but you get it in pennies.

Poster #1: I wish I could end world hunger.

Poster #2: Granted, but only if you starve to death.

Here is one some can relate to, unfortunately:

Poster #1: I wish to win a giant jackpot.

Poster #2: Granted, but they pay out one dollar per week. (lol)

Get the idea? Good! Then I will make the first wish. πŸ™‚

I wish I were twenty years younger!

Granted, but your wardrobe is from 20 years ago too.

I wish I had an excellent memory.

Granted! But.......you only have an excellent memory when it comes to academic, rote "facts," like the periodic tables, all the state capitals, the presidents in order, etc., (the excellent memory you would need to win on Jeopardy, lol,) and you can't remember the little things including names, numbers, passwords, and what you ate for lunch yesterday. lol

I wish to win the Minnesota Millionaire's raffle (the ONE MILLION bucks!)!

Granted, but sadly you left the ticket in your pocket when you washed your jeans and it was destroyed.

I wish I didn't have a broken arm!

LOL! Great response, LuckyMe, but poor CL-Ed. πŸ˜‰

"I wish flowers could replace all of the weeds in the world."

Granted, but all the flowers are "Carrion Flowers," which are said to "smell like flatulence."

πŸ˜‚ You two are cracking me up.

That last one is just plain nasty. Imagine how many kids you would end up with!

LOL! I HONESTLY wrote this BEFORE I saw your pet peeve list! I just looked up the world's stinkiest flowers, and that is what I found. hahaha!

As for the Childbirth, don't any of you watch that show, "21 and counting" or something like that? The woman has that many biological children! I think she is pregnant again. I could NOT NOT NOT do it. Three was plenty for me, lol!

Okay. Lucky Me said, "I wish I had a perfect body."

ROFLMAO! I thought that sounded familiar. OMG, I am truly lmao here! I was in too much of a hurry, and my brain went right out the window, so YES, I will make another wish (NO to the childbirth!! hahaha!).

I wish to have a maid and a cook for the rest of my life.

Your wish is granted but the maid doesn't clean well and the cook can't really cook.

I wish for Spring to come early this year.

Oh my, I love a good rainstorm so that's not all bad. I guess my next wish I will have to wish for a boat so when it floods, I will have transportation.

Your wish is granted but your sugar daddy fools around and knocks some lady up who wants to live forever and ends up having a child every year. Also sugar daddy has stock in life extension company and he lives to be 200. LOL

You are granted the huge boat, but it is actually an ark, and it is filled with two of every animal on earth, and there are no toilets or diapers or anywhere for them to "go" except "wherever" on the boat.

I wish to be an empty nester.

Hope, I should have added that sugar daddy loses all his money the first year of your marriage too. Could it get any worse?

What's your next wish?

I love this thread, it always makes me laugh!

I grant your wish hope but apart from spending all day every day thinking about your kids wishing they were back home with you, one day you get washed away in a giant flood and hit by a massive stinky ark filled with animals with nowhere to go to the toilet, being sailed by a desperate woman chasing her 95 year old rich sugar daddy husband who has sailed off in another boat with his young model mistress that he has knocked up (we'll ignore how on earth a 95 year old could knock anyone up, call it a medical miracle).

I wish for ... er ... more wishes!
