It has been in the news here more than usual because there is an Aussie playing for the Philadelphia 76ers, Simmons. Boston easily beat them in their first game.

Not bad picks Stime1994, you got 3 out of 5.

So you're a 76ers fan now Ed? Wink

I must admit I'm anyone but Cavaliers fan, because of James, think the comparison between him and Jordan are ridiculous, not even close and I even use to hate the Chicago Bulls so..

No I'm not a 76ers fan or any NBA team really. I don't really follow it, I'll just watch a game occasionally when it is on. A friend of mine is a huge basketball nerd and has a wardrobe full of shirts for most of the NBA teams. I don't get it really, I told him surely you have to pick one team and stick with them!

I fully accept that basketball takes a ton of skill to play, especially at a high level. With that being said, I can't stomach the game. My key issue is the fouls. You have these giant, powerful men, and you have these rinky dink fouls that just kill the flow to the game. I get that a lot of the fouls occur and stop scoring chances, but come on....

Personally, I think the game would be a lot more watchable with more physicality. Let these guys slap each other on the arms or push off if they're trying to score. You may get lower scored games, but I'd be more apt to watch.

Just kidding Ed, because of the Australian guy there Wink

If your friend has so many vests probably he should wear them from time time otherwise I don't see the point too.

I'm fully agree with you Dustin, it looks almost girlish sometimes.

I can understand when the foul is being given while the player shoots because even the slightest touch on the wrist to the opponent could drastically change the trajectory of the ball but these kind of fouls fouls are given even when the players are on the floor which is quite ridiculous I think.
