Sorry sharpe the comment editing thing is a defence against spam. It stops people from submitting seemingly harmless comments then coming back days, weeks, or months later to edit them when no-one is reading the thread any more to add links to their dodgy sites into them. This has happened before and is why we brought in the limit.

It is set to 1 hour which I think is a good balance between allowing people to edit stuff right after they post (which is the vast majority of cases) and stopping the spammers. If you ever need something edited or deleted after that time limit just send us a PM, otherwise its fine to just post a new comment.

Ah the old Nibali tow ride! I could never understand how he thought he would get away with that one. He did it right in front of a bunch of other riders. Did he think no-one would say anything even if it wasn't caught on camera?

Yeah OK Ed, it makes sense of course to have a time frame for that ..I thought it's like 15 or 30 min cause I need to edit my posts pretty often for a grammatical errors 😉 or something and usually the time has run out..but now I'll know I have an hour to do that.

It's nothing serious if you don't mind to read my illiterate stuff 🙂

I can't remember exactly but I think he was frustrated for something by the time..I don't know for sure but maybe there was some controversial refs decision probably the previous day if my memories are correct.

But anyway I agree it's been a really stupid thing to do..maybe he's been hoping it won't be caught by the cameras..maybe that could happen in a lesser race but not in one of the major tours of course and he certainly paid the price being thrown out of the race.

How about this near miss on the motorbikes? Incredible skill to not end up smashed into a wall.

Yeah, incredible Ed..but the guy still thinking of how he missed on the 8th place which would of been his best finish for the season 😀 You're alive man..enjoy!

I've saw a quite hilarious stunt just recently, think it was at the WSBK in some of the latest rounds but I can't find it cause I've seen so many SBK, Supersport and Moto GP races lately that I can't remember even what was the race and the rider's name but if I accidentally manage to find it I'll upload that, I've laughed my ass off at the live coverage.

Check out this one Ed, maybe we should give more respect to the women's game..I'd certainly do seeing some of those goals!

Of course you could always argue some of the long shots would of been an easy saves in the men's game but some are just incredible.

My personal top 3 - N13, N18 and N20 in the respective order.

I also like #8, #2, and #1. I'm a sucker for dribbling goals and I love the showing off finish of Marta for #2.

Women's football gets better every time I watch it. The recent world cup was great to watch, I really enjoyed it. Just don't sit there comparing it to the men's game and you'll have no trouble enjoying it.

You've been wondering why Spurs have been doing so poorly Ed, so this might answer the question,or at least partly... I found it amusing anyway🙂

20 MOST EMBARRASSING MOMENTS IN SPORTS ! NEW SPORTS FAILS

The description says it all really...some of the most stupid and hilarious I've ever seen.

The bowling guy at about 9.20min is just insane😉

My NFL team, the Detroit Lions are known as one of the worst franchises in the league, always finding ways to lose games. We've also been victimized by referees multiple times over the years. Last night was the worst example of this that I can give you, as they directly handed huge penalties that weren't even there (and not calling penalties that were there against the Packers).

It's literally so bad that Lions fans aren't the only ones complaining. I drove my kids to school today and went between multiple national shows and every one of them was complaining about the officiating and saying that the Lions were screwed out of a win.

Take a look at the most flagrant examples of this last night. Ugh, it sucks to be a Lions fan.

I.e. Ed's age = 60+...😉😛

Joke aside...I think you're right Ed , and maybe not only the knees would be affected...but isn't most professional sports bad for your body too...!?

I saw this the other night and thought that he'd shot that puck over the glass. Having played hockey for a very long time, it's incredibly difficult to hit the net from near your own goal line. The fact that he did it without hitting the ice and put it perfectly into the center is incredible.

Of course. But seeing all those jumps from such heights onto flat concrete ... that cannot be good for him. I salute him, he's willing to sacrifice his knees for our entertainment!

Yeah, these players are so skillful these days...but it's a good thing you're still finding something to cheer about it in so far Red Wings atrocious season Slim!😉

Yeah, I saw after one of those high jumps and landing (without falling on the ground) the guy reaching for his chest area...he definitely felt a huge pain there...

I found that amusing, maybe you won't as a Liverpool fan Ed, but still decided to share it.

I think even from this joke style team talk in a testimonial game you could feel why he was so great of a manager...everybody listening...aren't they!?!
