Beginners Luck but worried I’ll never see the $$$

6 replies • Last post

Hi all, I'm super new to online gambling and somehow that worked in my favor with what seems to have been a little beginners luck.

- I deposited $100 via a promo that offered an additional $350 bonus but required me to wager 40x of the total deposit (so $450 x 40 = $18K). I read the T+Cs and figured I'd prob lose it all right away but figured I'd bet the max I could in order to progress through the wager requirement.

- All of a sudden, the slot I was playing hit and I "collected" more than $20K on that one win. From there I was able to make a few more big bets and the total withdrawable balance on my account is now north of $65K. Needless to say I met the wagering requirements and then some.

- Of course in the meantime I've tried to start withdrawing but being limited to $2500 / day is going to forever and ACH / check are no longer showing up as options when I'm logged in.

- A few hours after the biggest win I got a "congratulatory" call and message from them. The guy walked me through which wallet app to use (exodus?) and everything.

- After hanging up i started to get emails from them. The first a asked me to verify account / ID etc which is normal and they confirmed I'm all verified

- After verifying my account, I got a message saying my acct was "under investigation" for bonus fraud? Sounds like im no longer eligible for those because (a) they say there was a rule that i broke about not betting >20% of the deposited total. But then I got another message saying I would no longer receive bonus offers bc 🍺 their team believes they also saw my name on a "globally recognized casino skilled player list" and do not require the boost of a bonus to extend play.

- Since all of this, I've successfully received one $2500 transfer and they say my next should come through within 24 hours. Both crypto.

- UPDATE: based on comments received both j. This thread and via DM i have kept playing - just to avoid giving them any reason to close or halt my acct. I set the slot on max bet and walked away to do laundry. When I came back I saw I somehow won a mega jackpot - is this all a scam? I'll honestly be annoyed by the time wasted more than anything but I have now received daily transfers (unfortunately they've limited me to taking $2500 / day), so idk what to think.

--

Frankly, i don't care about the bonuses, whatever. I am sharing this bc all care about is how to quickly withdraw the funds in my wallet bc these weird emails have me worried they're just looking for a reason not to pay me.

Any tips on how to make sure this happens in the smoothest and fastest way possible? Am I an idiot for thinking that's even going to happen? I did not do anything sketchy I (think?) I just got lucky… all helpful advice appreciated!

Hey RandomUser! Congrats on the big wins. Where were you playing at? This could be a big factor as to whether or not you'll get your money, as some casinos are certainly better than others.

When you took the bonus, was there a max bet for spins in the terms and conditions? This could be a sticking point.

The under investigation thing bothers me, and makes me concerned for your funds. Give us some info about where you played and whether you're still getting payments. Certainly play along and don't give them a reason to close your account.

Good luck and keep us posted.

Most casinos have a "max bet size" rule for people who claim bonuses. However most casinos do not enforce this rule through the games themselves and you have to read through to paragraph 14, subclause D, line 3 for example to find the limit and voluntarily restrict your bet size in game. I think we all know why that is. It sounds to me like you probably broke that rule.

Re the "globally recognized casino skilled player list" - such lists do exist but if you are genuinely new to online gambling then I can't see how your name would be on one.

I'm a little surprised that they have paid you anything to be honest. Seeing as they have, you maybe in the clear. I would stop playing if I were you as the streak is not going to last. What is the name of the casino?

Sorry all ! Should've clarified. It's Caf Cas 🎰. So far I've seen $7,500in payments tomorrow will mark $10K. Good insight on the max bet front. Going to check on that immediately. Really appreciate any and all additional insights you might have w this in mind.

If you're getting that much money, you're probably in the clear. Don't gamble it away!

Do you mean Cafe Casino? If so they are part of the Bovada group, and usually pretty good.

I I believe there is such a thing as Begginer luck, because a long time ago when I started playing and I made a deposit of 100 Euros, I made 3200 Euros and that playing only one game, namely Dog House, where I managed to get 3 bonuses one after the other.
