Just Hit A Huge Progressive on Sloto Cash Casino!!!!! Terrified They Are Going To Find Some Way Not To Pay Out

24 replies • Last post

Title pretty much says it all! I just hit for over 200k on a Progressive, and I can't help but think that the casino is pouring over every little line of the T&Cs to find someway not to have to pay it out. I've never had a problem cashing out before, but this is by far the most I've ever won. Also, does anyone know if Sloto will raise their weekly withdrawal limits for a progressive win? Even at $4,000 a week, it will take almost a year to withdraw it all.

Hi LocoEsquire, first af all, massive congratulations on your win! Would love to hear more about how you achieved it!

As for payouts, I think Sloto Cash is a decent brand. Haven't played there lately but don't think there's much bad rep. CL Ed might chip in more about that. Did you win the jackpot with bonus funds or pure cash?

I had started with a bonus coupon (interestingly enough it was one of the rare ones that actually allowed for Progressive play) but I finished the playthrough days ago. Tried Megasaur for the first time ever, playing $5 and hit the "Major 20% of Jackpot" after 30 or 40 spins. The total was like 1.1 million or something, so my win was 215k or close to that. Blew my mind. I still don't really believe it.

First congratulations on hitting that jackpot! Based on conversations we've had here in the past it is probably the single most confusing and difficult to win jackpot game ever designed. See here for a relevant discussion where a member here was playing $5 max bet with jackpot active and hit 4 scatters (just like you) but was not paid anything because apparently only the mega level jackpot was active. Here is our jackpot tracker page in which we try to work out exactly how you can win it.

So as for SlotoCash. In my opinion they have gone downhill a bit in recent years. We are pretty sure that they changed ownership a few years ago, but no-one will confirm or deny it to us. They are extremely quick to void payments to anyone who has broken a rule, especially if betting over the maximum bet size while on a bonus, despite not limiting the bet sizes in software. We've had cases where people did that after a big win, lost loads more quickly than they would have with smaller bets, and they still had their payments voided. And of course the player does it unwittingly because if they were a "pro bonus abuser" or whatever the casino thinks, they would have read the rules and not done it. So while not out and out rogue or anything, they will use any opportunity they can find within their rules to void payments and will do so without mercy.

That said, if you have not broken any rules you should be paid without issue. One thing to remember is that Megasaur is a pooled progressive jackpot so the money comes from the software supplier RTG, not the casino itself. So it is no loss to the casino, in fact Sloto would probably hope for you to get that money in your account and continue playing and lose it back as it becomes pure profit for them. For that reason I am doubtful that they will waive the $4000 per week rule. Based on their recent reputation I suspect that they will more than likely make it a long and difficult process for you to withdraw.

My advice to you would be not to fall for the trap if they try something like that. Just withdraw your money each week like its bonus to your wage. You are unlikely to ever hit such a win again in your life. It would be a mistake to think that if you play some more you can take the casino down by winning more.

Holy cow. Congrats on the big win. Stick to your guns and don't wager it out. Milk them for that $4,000 per week and enjoy your winnings!

Congratulations LocoEsquire!!!! My wife and myself, have played at SlotoCash, on and off for 3 years. We call it our pay to play Casino. If we only have like $30 to play with and don't want to stress over a withdrawal, SlotoCash is the ticket. The reason for this is because they always have huge match bonuses for us, but they have 60x WR on all the bonuses and you'll win win until you're inside that last 20% of the WR. Between my wife and I we have deposited 61 times and we have had the pleasure of 0 (yep thats a zero) withdrawls. We have never won enough to make it worth the fight for withdrawal. So you see, we're eagerly anticipating LocoEsquire's response. Cmon buddy, tell us all about it!😁

Hello All,

So I have been submitting verification documents all week, to both CDS and SlotoCash. I keep being told that it will take another "24-78 business hours to review and approve". I feel like everything is going as well as possible, but wish things moved a little quicker. I also know that there are going to be some issues with the withdrawal limit, but I'll deal with that when everything is finally verified and approved. I'll let everyone know when I actually see a payout!

Hello all,
I'm Loco's fiancée - I was present for the initial revelation of the Megasaur jackpot on SlotoCash, and we've both been excited and nervous about the payout. As mentioned above, he has submitted all the verification documents, they've been accepted, everything has looked great...
Until today.
The Sloto reps he chatted with today said there was no record of him winning. We're both flabbergasted. He's kicking himself for not taking a screenshot of the win, but he was just too stunned to believe it. He chatted with a Sloto rep immediately after (to make sure that it was all real) and he showed me the chat where the rep basically said that yes, I see that you have won, congratulations. I also don't see how Sloto would refer CDS for additional ID confirmation if there wasn't some record of that win. The Megasaur jackpot shows that someone won the 20%.
We're hoping that the customer service reps he chatted with were just inexperienced with jackpot situations. He tried to escalate to speak with a manager, but none were available. He's going to try again later, with hopes of getting better help.

But we are shaking about this. We cannot believe that Sloto would basically assure him that he won for a whole damn week, set him up to get verified, complete the verification of his identity successfully... and then say that there was no record of a win. That makes no sense. We have no screenshot (if they had needed one, they should have made it a requirement), but he got frozen out of Megasaur almost instantly - they wouldn't do that if there wasn't a good reason. He hasn't played anything on Sloto since the win, nor moved money in/out of the account; he's only chatted with Customer Service, and I would think that those chat records would show that he was reassured that he won.

If anyone has any insight... we'd appreciate it. Otherwise, we wait, and hope that fortune is not so cruel as to dangle the money in front of us, only to yank it away.

Our Megasaur jackpot tracker definitely shows that there was a major drop in the value recently which would indicate a win of about 20%. I have attached a screenshot of the current state of our jackpot graph. So someone must have won it.

You should be able to go through the recent account history and view bets placed on each game, which should show the win.

It would not be the first time a clueless casino customer support person has said something totally wrong because they don't know what they are doing. So fingers crossed that is all it is.

Thanks, folks (: It does sound like it was much more akin to a misunderstanding (lobby jackpot vs. progressive jackpot) and a lack of experience (not knowing what the CDS was... suggesting that disputes and jackpot wins are both pretty rare). We're still waiting to hear back from CDS about that additional level of verification, so I doubt Sloto will have any more updates until CDS gives them the go-ahead.

So yeah - fingers and toes are all crossed! Thanks for adding your encouragement here - most people in our offline circles haven't had much experience with casinos, online or off, so the ones we've revealed this to are universal in skepticism. They'll believe it when they see it 😜

That being said, it's almost a relief that it's a 20% jackpot - it is definitely a game-changer for us, but not the total life-changer of a full jackpot. It helps accelerate the plans we have, rather than changing them completely. It's exciting, but at a much more real and reasonable level than winning the 100% jackpot or the state lotto.

We'll post again if there are more developments. I'm definitely going to make sure Loco does a new screenshot when we get the news (:

Slotocash has screwed me twice, once for around $5000, and another for about half that if I remember correctly. I wish you all the luck in the world in getting whats yours, but Slotocash will use every means possible to keep it from you.

My advice, coming from experience fighting for winnings in the past. Dont touch a thing on that account. Keep doing what you're doing, no money in and no money out. Dont play anything more, dont accept any free spins or bonuses and dont let them talk you into anything. As far as it goes, your one and only concern is to cash out your winnings . Make sure they know thats what you are doing.
A lot of casino's will wait and wait just hoping the player will keep playing their winnings, eventually lose it all back to the casino. Slotocash does this habitually.

Well... it's just past the two-week mark on Loco's jackpot. We're doing exactly as War is recommending, though it is moot now - Sloto did say that there might be a full lock on the account during the review process, and that has now happened; the wins he had prior to the jackpot are there still, but no games are accessible. Until that number shows the jackpot win, he's not withdrawing a cent!
So now... we continue to wait. The account lock still seems like a favorable sign to me (they won't let him gamble away what's left, after all!)... but it'd be nice if there was a little more communication, if not actual confirmation that this is still happening!

Whoa, hitting that 200k jackpot is like finding a unicorn in a haystack! And now you've got Sloto doing math gymnastics to avoid paying up. 😂 They're probably hiring a team of T&Cs detectives. As for the withdrawal limits, at $4,000 a week, it's like winning the lottery and getting paid in slow motion! Hang in there, jackpot warrior! Maybe Sloto will throw in a free abacus with your winnings.

i hit a progressive jackpot at slotocash on carribean stud for 18,000 and let me tell you it is very much a nerve wracking waiting game jumping through this or that hoop but I can honestly say they payed every penny in weekly 2500 dollar increments. so be patient and stay true to your plan of staying away from the casino other than contacting support I think all in all it took a little over two weeks before I heard anything and the only way I found out was by logging in to the casino and seeing 18000 and some change in my account. good luck

I thought id check in to see if there were any good news updates here, but I see there are none.
Still better than bad news updates. It mite be a good idea to get a screenshot or download their current T&C. I doubt they would go so low as to change them but it never hurts to stay ahead of these casino's. The more you know about them and your rights, the better off you'll be. If I think of anything else that mite help you out Ill be sure to post it for you.

Oh my. Screenshots to die for! 😂

Now for the part where I assume that they will only let you withdraw it a few grand a week. Stay strong my friend, do not play with that money. Just withdraw it week by week like it's a bump on your wage.

Looks like Draigarian is hosting the annual CL holiday party! 😂😂

You can send my private helicopter to pick me up from the park across the street. And don't worry about the $1,000 bottles of champagne. Dom Pérignon will do just fine.

In all seriousness, congrats! Hold strong and just take out what they'll let you have every week.
