Sorry Winterberry for the problem you encountered with this casino. sometimes you come across an online casino that seems completely honest but refuses to pay the money you win. I have been playing online casinos for over 10 years and have encountered this kind of problem before. I had the same problem as you with Quatro Casino, I got my money back after making a complaint against the casino to Ecogra.

Yeah it's true that if you had broken bonus terms, they wouldn't have paid you the 2000 winnings. I would keep trying to get more information and if they still don't pay, file a formal complaint. But one thing I recommend doing is being professional (while it's very frustrating, try to stay calm and don't use any harsh language with them) and be patient while trying to get the rest of your winnings. UPDATE:

SlotV asked me to do a video verification and I did it 13.1.2022. I passed it and they opened my account again. I can now make a withdrawals again. I have to make one 1k withdawal at a time otherwise I should pay 2% fee. I think this issue is solved now. I no longer have any bad thing to say about SlotV. I will delete this thread once all money has been paid (is it possible?).

I think this whole thing was because I shared an internet connection on my mobile phone and the IP address changed during gaming as I restarted my mobile phone. So they thought two different people were playing.

UPDATE:
They have now paid me almost all winnings. Waiting to get the last 1002,8 eur withdrawal tomorrow. I have not bad things to say about them anymore. If it is possible I would like that this thread will be deleted.

Thanks for this advice blck, this is in my opinion, some of the best advice for any player who finds themselves in this situation.
When I first started playing, I lost my cool completely with this lady, and within just minutes, my emails were blowing up with many casinos I was registered with all black listing me instantly. I wasnt able to argue with them then. Goodbye winnings just like that.
