WildTornado intentionally lowers RTP and lies about it

LegionX on WildTornado does not use the standard RTP (around 96%) unlike all of the other NoLimit City games you've licensed.

As you will notice on the official website, "Legion X is available with dual RTP setup at 96.04% and 94.04% (DX1)."

It appears as if WildTornado has intentionally chosen to license the lower RTP variant (DX1).

This is the only NoLimit City game on WildTornado that is below the standard 96%

Was this a licensing mistake or pure greed?

That is simply untrue as I clearly demonstrated. Why are you lying to me?

The official provider says the RTP is 96.04%. It is only 94.04% on WildTornado. How can you say it has the same RTP rate?

Yeah, that's pretty crummy of them. To the rep's credit though, they aren't equipped to know what they're dealing with in terms of the ins and outs of the game's rules. They're the first-level support. You should ask to get ahold of a manager so that you can get a straight answer.

Either way, lower RTP versions of these games are lame.

That is a typical casino support rep who has a script to read for answers and won't deviate from the script even when you have proven them demonstrably wrong. I wouldn't read too much into it - decisions like this are way above their pay grade.

Wild Tornado is a SoftSwiss platform site so I thought it highly likely that the setting would be the same on all the others. I checked a couple at first and couldn't find LegionX on them. Then I found it at King Billy Casino where it is set to 96% - but I only checked in fun mode as I don't have an account there because they won't accept Aussies.

So I went to Wild Tornado to check it there in fun mode and it is indeed set to 94%. So I think we can assume that it would be 96% in real mode at King Billy. Count me surprised - it looks like the individual SoftSwiss white labels can set the RTP rates differently.

what a sad reaction..fuxxing morons !
casinos realy must think the players are all stupid...

i only can speak from a german perspective but 99% of the casinos have
turned this way...and book of dead is maybe the worst example. there was not a singel
casino where i open up book of dead and the RTP was higher then 91,25 %.
this is so ridiculous even when you hit 3 books the outcome of the bonus game is just crap.

Best thing you can do to casinos that use the lower-RTP versions of games is to vote with your deposits and go elsewhere. There's too much competition online to settle for lower RTPs. Just make sure to tell the casino you're leaving that's why.

Yup... and make sure you send them an email or get on live chat support and tell them exactly why you are not going to play there anymore. It is unlikely but just maybe a few complaints like that might get the message through to someone who counts.

rather unlikely ... because most of the idiots who put you on the live support today don't even know what RTP is ...😂😂

I took your advice and escalated the ticket. This was the manager's response:

Since they use Softswiss platform, I believe that the platform can pick which RTP version to upload for the casino. However, in a normal situation, the casino team can always ask for their RTP preference to be added, after all it's their casino so they have the final word.. or at least they should. 🙂
